مسجد في روسيا للبيع

موسكو – عرضت سلطات الضرائب اكبر مسجد في منطقة نيزني نوفغورود الروسية للبيع بالمزاد العلني. والمبلغ المطلوب هو 602 مليون روبل 20.4 مليون دولار. ويتكون المسجد من مجموعة مبان منها متحف ومكتبة وفندق لإقامة الزوار

وكان رجل الاعمال المحلي فايز جيلمانوف قد بنى مسجد الرشادة في مسقط رأسه بقرية مدياني في اواخر التسعينات. وقال في حينه بانه قد بنى المسجد للقرية لكنه ابقى عليه مسجلا ضمن ممتلكات شركته. وكان القمار هو النشاط الرئيسي لرجل الاعمال المسلم جيلمانوف. هذا وبعد حظرت روسيا أماكن المقامرة في العام الماضي اعلن رجل الاعمال افلاسه واصبح مدينا للدولة بملايين الروبلات وعرضت كل ممتلكاته للبيع بالمزاد

وقال الشيخ رامز حضرت اشرف الدينوف امام مسجد الرشادة: “كانت صدمة لنا جميعا ولكل من يعيش في هذه القرية ويتردد على مسجدها. ولم نعرف إلا من الصحف ان مسجدنا قد عرض للبيع بالمزاد العلني. واضاف “ينبغي ألا يحدث هذا. هذا بيت الله وينبغي ألا يباع او يشترى. الناس يأتون هنا للصلاة والعبادة

ويعد المسجد هو الاكبر في المنطقة وهو من اهم المراكز الاسلامية في روسيا وقد أدخل بناؤه السعادة على قلوب السكان المسلمين الذين ظلوا محرومين من المؤسسات الدينية طوال عهد الاتحاد السوفييتي السابق

ولم يبخل جيلمانوف بالمال على بناء المسجد بل وزوده بالزينات الإسلامية والرخام الابيض وآيات القرآن الكريم المكتوبة بالذهب على الجدران وهو أمر لم يعتده القرويون الفقراء الذين أصبحوا فخورين بالمسجد الجديد

وقال مقصود الاوردين (72 عاما) احد سكان القرية “كنا جميعا سعداء. كل القرية كانت مبتهجة ببناء هذا المسجد الكبير. حتى سكان القرى المجاورة جاءوا ليروا بناء المآذن. كل سكان المنطقة جاءوا ليروا

وقال فريد بيلاييف مدير متحف المسجد ان المنطقة كانت بها خمسة مساجد في مطلع القرن العشرين لكنها هدمت جميعا في عهد الزعيم السوفيتي السابق جوزيف ستالين وأعدم الأئمة الذين رفضوا التخلي عن الدين. وذكر بيلاييف ان السكان المسلمين التتريين يدعون لمسجدهم بالبقاء رغم الاضطراب الحالي. وقال : لا يمكنك ان تبيع الروح البشرية بالروبل او الدولار او اليورو او اي عملة اخرى. اليوم لا تنقصنا السيارات ولا المنازل وانما تنقصنا الحياة الروحية. وبدون الحياة الروحية لن ننجح في بناء او اصلاح الدولة وحتى اذا بنيناها فمن يعرف كيف ستكون. لكي نكون سعداء نحتاج الى حياة روحية سعيدة

وتقدر لجنة التثمين المحلية المستقلة قيمة المسجد بنحو 600 مليون روبل (حوالي 20 مليون دولار). وتصل قيمة الضريبة العقارية في روسيا الى اثنين في المئة (من قيمة العقار) سنويا. وقبل اعلان افلاس رجل الاعمال جيلمانوف كانت شركته تتولى دفع جميع نفقات المسجد. والآن أصبح يتعين على المسجد ان يدفع نفقات إدارته

وقال امام المسجد الشيخ رامز حضرت اشرف الدينوف “ليست لدينا موارد كافية لتغطية جميع التكاليف. ونجمع كل عام 250 الف روبل تقريبا (8500 دولار) من العطايا. لكننا نريد دفع تكاليف الإضاءة والغاز. ولدينا عمال للنظافة والحراسة. لكن السلطات تصر على سداد الديون وتقول إن لا احد يستثنى من القانون

وقالت نينا ماميكينا نائبة مدير ادارة الضرائب الاقليمية في نيزني نوفجورود “حتى اليوم بلغت ديون شركة مديانا للدولة 105.7 مليون روبل (3.6 مليون دولار) منها 64.7 مليون روبل (2.2 مليون دولار) حساب نشاط القمار بالشركة

وكان المسجد قد عرض للبيع بالمزاد في ديسمبر كانون الاول من العام الماضي ولم يتقدم احد لشرائه. ويعتزم خبراء الثمين طرحه للبيع مرة ثانية للبيع يوم 21 يناير كانون الثاني الجاري

Mosque on Sale for Tax Debts in Russia

The tax authorities in the region of Nizhny Novgorod in Russia are offering the biggest mosque “Al-Rashada” for sale in an auction, because of 602 million rubles (US$ 20.4 million) due in tax debts. The local businessman Fayez Gelmanov built the mosque in his home-town , in the village of Medyany south of Nizhhny Novgorod, in the late nineties. He stated that he had built the mosque for the village, but the mosque remained listed as an asset of his company.

The main activity of the Gelmanov was gambling. But since the government of Russia banned gambling last year, the businessman declared bankruptcy and became indebted to the Russian state with millions of rubles. All of his property was offered for sale in an auction. The announcement about the sale of the mosque, which was published by Russian tax authorities in the newspapers, shocked all the worshippers as well as the people who live in Medyany.

Sheikh Ashraf Ramez Dinov, the Imam of the Al-Rashada stated that: “The sale of the mosque should not happen. This is a house of God, and it should not be bought or sold. In this mosque, the people come to pray”.
Farid Belyaev, director of the mosque’s museum, said the region used to have five mosques in early 20th centuries. They were all destroyed in Stalin times. The imams who refused to denounce Islam were executed.

Belyaev said local Muslims have been praying for their mosque to survive the current turmoil and continue being a religious centre for the muslim ethnic Tatar community.

“You cannot sell the soul of a man for roubles, dollars or euros or other money. Today, it’s not the cars or houses we’re lacking, but most of all, we’re lacking spirituality. Without spirituality, we will not succeed in building a reformed state or if we build it, who knows what it will be. To be fully happy a person needs to be happy spiritually,” Belyayev said.

The Al-Rashada mosque, which is on sale for tax debts, is the largest mosque in the Russian region of Nizhny Novgorod, and one of the major Islamic centers in Russia. The Muslims were happy since they built of the mosque, after they had been deprived of their religious institutions during the times of the former Soviet Union.

The Muslim businessman Fayez Gelmanov, who is now bankrupt, did not spare money to build the mosque. It is decorated with Islamic ornaments and made of marble stone, and the verses of the Quran are inscribed in gold on the walls.

The mosque is constituted by a group of buildings, including a museum, a library and a hotel to accommodate visitors.
