Murder in Jail Under Cover of EUPOL COPPS

Five days after the physical liquidation of Palestinian prisoner Arafat Jaradat, 30 at the Megiddo zionist Prison on last Saturday, 23 February 2013, another Palestinian prisoner, Ayman Mohammad Sharif Samara, 40, “died” on 1 March 2013, at the Jericho Prison in the occupied West Bank.
The Jericho Prison is formally run by the Palestinian Authority but in fact it is run by the so-called EUPOL COPPS, the European Union Special Forces Co-coordinating office in the West Bank headed by the Swedish citizen Commissioner Henrik Malmquist, and commander is the USA representative Lt. Gen. Michael Moeller.
Jaradat, who tortured to death at the israeli jail, was arrested on 19 February 2013 from his house in the Sa’ir village north of Hebron, and on 20 February 2013 his family was informed by the Palestinian Prisoners Club that Jaradat was transferred to al-Jalama Detention Centre for interrogation. On Friday, 22 February 2013, he was transferred to the Megiddo Prison, where he died on the next day, February 23 2013 due to the torture inflicted on him.
Samara was a political figure from Jenin. He was arrested by the Palestinian police on February 28 2013, severely tortured during interrogation and died on the second day after his arrest on 1 March 2013 at Palestinian Authority jail in Jericho.
On Saturday March 2 2013, a sit-in was organized by the political prisoner’s families in front of the Jericho prison. The PA imposed silence on the protest activity against the murder of Samara in their jail. Journalist Mustafa Khawaja was arrested by the PA while covering the sit-in in front of the prison.
The reason of the death of Arafat Jaradat in israeli jail was exposed by his autopsy which was attended by Palestinian Dr. Saber al-Aloul, director of the Palestinian Medico-legal Institute. Dr. al-Aloul’s report concluded that Jaradat’s death was caused by nervous shock resulting from severe pain, which was caused by multiple injuries inflicted through direct and extreme torture.
The reason behind the murder of and true cause of the death of Samara at the Palestinian jail will never see the light. ONLY LIES will be spread by the “high authorities”, who will cover the crime just as they have covered several murders before.

The American Lt. Gen. Michael Moeller, Swedish citizen Henrik Malmquist and the EUPOL COPPS are directly culpable for the crimes perpetrated by the PA against political prisoners at the PA jails.
It is time to expose the many crimes and violations of the human rights which are encouraged and covered up by the EUPOL COPPS in Palestine. It is time to inform the Europeans about the crimes perpetrated and covered under their names by the EU missions around the world.
The EUPOL COPPS (special forces) mission in Palestine IS ONLY a clear violation of the EU constitutions. They ONLY learn Palestinians how to murder, arrest, violate the human rights and cover the crimes. This is the real mission of EUPOL COPPS in Palestinian, and not what EU publish on-line that EUPOL COPPS helps Palestinian Police to contribute the establishment of sustainable and effective policing arrangements and to advise Palestinian on criminal justice, and implementing the human rights. This is a clear bullshit.
The EUPOL COPPS personnel are directly involved in encouraging and covering up crimes against humanity in Palestine. One example: on April 15, 2012, the Palestinian police and other security forces trained by EUPOL COPPS special forces, executed in cold blood Palestinian teenager Amthal Ghannam al-Ghwadre in the village of Bir al-Basha and arrested his brother Moammar, an ex-prisoner who had been released by israel in October 2011 under the Al-Ahrar deal, the prisoner exchange deal accorded between Hamas and the Israeli occupation under the auspices of Egypt.A report will be issued sooner or later about all the crimes which the Palestinian police perpetrates under the leadership of EUPOL COPPS. The report will be submitted to the ICC as a complaint against these European foreigners who only work as spies in my homeland, receive great sums of money from European tax-payers as salaries under the pretext of helping Palestinian police, while their factual mission is to encourage and cover up crimes against humanity, atrocities and the violations of the human rights of the Palestinian people by training the Palestinian police to behave as a group of criminals and spies, and lastly as death squads.
