And again, writing to the Corinthians, he declares, "But we preach Christ Jesus crucified; "and adds, "The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not the communion of the blood of Christ? " - St. Irenaeus, Against Heresies, Book III, Chapter XVIII, Section 2.

Matthew 27:45 Now from the sixth hour, there was darkness over all the earth, until the ninth hour.

Origen tell us this darkness was only in Palestine, and the neighbouring countries: for as to the words, over the whole earth, or over the whole land, we find one kingdom or empire, by a common way of speaking, called the whole earth, or the whole world. As to the cause of the obscuration of the sun; and secondly, as to the extent of its darkness. Origen tells us that the darkness was partial, and confined to Judea and the neighbouring countries, as the darkness of Egypt was only perceived in that country, and not in Gessen, where the children of Israel were. Saint Jerome tells us that the obscurity was caused by the rays of the sun being suddenly withdrawn by divine power, as was the case in Egypt. The darkness in Egypt during the Passover of Moses was due to God's protection withdrawn from that land at that time. The darkness when Christ was Crucified for us is the judgement of God upon His Son Jesus Christ, in our place. For Jesus Christ knew NO sin. He never sinned, nor could He ever.

The meaning of the Pasch of Christians.

The Book of Wisdom, Chapter 17, describes the devils and demons thrown back upon the Egyptians when the Israelites under Moses were brought out of Egypt by God for God’s purposes (to prepare a place for the Crucifixion of Our Lord for the Redemption of the whole world of those who are saved). In the same way the same false gods and goddesses that the Egyptians served and which in so doing were the reason the Egyptians sacrificed their sons and daughters to the devils and demons behind the false gods/goddesses were the spirits that killed the Egyptian children that perished when the Israelites were brought out of Egypt. God does not murder children, period. The angel of death which destroyed in Egypt was one of the fallen spirits. God did not cause any of the fallen spirits to hurt anyone. God allowed the fallen spirits to do what it is their nature do to when He brought the Israelites out of the gates of hell which was Egypt. The children below the age of reason that died went to be with God for eternity, they will be resurrected with the just at the Second Coming of Christ. This principle of God allowing the innocent to be afflicted along with guilty finds its ultimate fulfillment in Christ’s singular and only salvific Kenosis. Jesus Christ committed no sin, not ever nor could He, and was and is and only could be utterly and absolutely and completely innocent of any and all wrongdoing and sin by His very nature as the Holy and True God. The guiltless sacrificed by His own will for the guilty. Even when the innocent are afflicted by the actions and evils instigated by the fallen spirits in the world, the innocent are not possessed by those fallen spirits. The principle of all being afflicted by the evil set loose upon the world for its unrepentant sin will occur when the universal plagues are let loose upon the world. See Apocalypse 16 –

The principle of our always, for our part, protecting children is given us by Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ in the Gospel of Matthew, Chapter 18

1 At *that hour the disciples came to Jesus, saying: Who, thinkest thou, is the greater in the kingdom of heaven?

2 *And Jesus calling unto him a little child, set him in the midst of them,

3 And said: Amen I say unto you, *unless you be converted, and become as little children, you shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.

4 Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, he is the greater in the kingdom of heaven.

5 And he that shall receive one such little child in my name, receiveth me.

10 Take heed that you despise not one of these little ones: for I say to you, *that their angels in heaven always see the face of my Father who is in heaven.

The principle of our ONLY worshipping the True God, the Father and the Son Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit is given first in the historical truth of the Garden of Eden when Christ, who is the Tree of Life commands the first man and his wife, Adam and Eve to not have anything to do with the tree of the knowledge of good and evil which is Satan, the first fallen angel, nor with any of the fallen angels with Satan. Assisi of Babylon/Vatican/Rome is absolute and complete violation of that principle and is the Great Apostasy in full blown Satanic evil. Have nothing to do with the Vatican or suffer its eternal damnation in hell with it. The devil and demon worshipping pagans and the perfidious deicidal Jews are not ever any part of the Salvific action of Christ upon Golgotha/Calvary. Individual pagans and Jews if they repent of their not confessing Jesus Christ as the Immortal Son of God become flesh for our sake and sacrificed for our salvation and who confess publicly their sin of devil and demon worshipping and perfidy and deicide and who beg the Lord of all, the Lord God, the Father and the Son Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit for forgiveness of their horrid and abominable sins, can and will be forgiven if they do so now in this life and will enter into the only path of salvation there is as dictated by God Himself. The Church, all the faithful – there is no other meaning acceptable to God for the word Church, is commanded by God to not have anything to do with the Apostasy.

Book of Wisdom, Chapter 17

1 For thy judgments, O Lord, are great, and thy words cannot be expressed: therefore undisciplined souls have erred.

2 For while the wicked thought to be able to have dominion over the holy nation, they themselves being fettered with the bonds of darkness, and a long night, shut up in their houses, lay there exiled from the eternal providence.

3 And while they thought to lie hid in their obscure sins, they were scattered under a dark veil of forgetfulness, being horribly afraid and troubled with exceeding great astonishment.

4 For neither did the den that held them, keep them from fear: for noises coming down troubled them, and sad visions appearing to them, affrighted them.

5 And no power of fire could give them light, neither could the bright flames of the stars enlighten that horrible night.

6 But there appeared to them a sudden fire, very dreadful: and being struck with the fear of that face, which was not seen, they thought the things which they saw to be worse:

7 And the delusions of their magic art were put down, and their boasting of wisdom was reproachfully rebuked.

8 For they who promised to drive away fears and troubles from a sick soul, were sick themselves of a fear worthy to be laughed at.

9 For though no terrible thing disturbed them: yet being scared with the passing by of beasts, and hissing of serpents, they died for fear: and denying that they saw the air, which could by no means be avoided.

10 For whereas wickedness is fearful, it beareth witness of its condemnation: for a troubled conscience always forecasteth grievous things.

11 For fear is nothing else but a yielding up of the succours from thought.

12 And while there is less expectation from within, the greater doth it count the ignorance of that cause which bringeth the torment.

13 But they that during that night, in which nothing could be done, and which came upon them from the lowest and deepest hell, slept the same sleep.

14 Were sometimes molested with the fear of monsters, sometimes fainted away, their soul failing them: for a sudden and unlooked for fear was come upon them.

15 Moreover if any of them had fallen down, he was kept shut up in prison without irons.

16 For if any one were a husbandman, or a shepherd, or a labourer in the field, and was suddenly overtaken, he endured a necessity from which he could not fly.

17 For they were all bound together with one chain of darkness. Whether it were a whistling wind, or the melodious voice of birds, among the spreading branches of trees, or a fall of water running down with violence,

18 Or the mighty noise of stones tumbling down, or the running that could not be seen of beasts playing together, or the roaring voice of wild beasts, or a rebounding echo from the highest mountains: these things made them to swoon for fear.

19 For the whole world was enlightened with a clear light, and none were hindered in their labours.

20 But over them only was spread a heavy night, an image of that darkness which was to come upon them. But they were to themselves more grievous than the darkness.

Außenminister Kurz übt scharfe Kritik an den neuerlichen Todesurteilen in Ägypten

Rechtsstaatliche Prinzipien müssen eingehalten werden

Wien, 29. April 2014 – Ein Strafgericht in der ägyptischen Stadt Minya verurteilte 683 Anhänger der Moslem-Bruderschaft, inklusive deren Oberhaupt, Mohamed Badie, zum Tode. In einem separaten Verfahren bestätigte das Gericht außerdem 37 der 529 Todesurteile, die es Ende März ebenfalls gegen Anhänger der Moslem-Bruderschaft verhängte. In beiden Prozessen wurde den Beschuldigten vorgeworfen, Polizei-Einrichtungen angegriffen und Polizisten ermordet zu haben. „Wir lehnen die Todesstrafe ab und verurteilen die neuen Todesurteile in Ägypten auf das Schärfste. Die Verhängung von Kollektivstrafen missachtet alle rechtsstaatlicher Grundprinzipien“, so Außenminister Sebastian Kurz dazu.

Österreich unterstützt die Bemühungen Ägyptens in Richtung Demokratisierung und seinen Kampf gegen den Terror und erkennt das Recht des ägyptischen Volks, seinen Weg eigenständig zu gehen. Gleichzeitig wird aber erneut betont, dass Ägypten international umfassende Verpflichtungen zum Schutz der Menschenrechte eingegangen ist, die durch die neue Verfassung bekräftigt wurden. „Urteile wie diese, die geplante Anti-Terrorgesetzgebung, der mangelnde Schutz der Medienfreiheit und das vorläufige Verbot aller Aktivitäten der Jugendbewegung des 6. April schaden dem Vertrauen der Bevölkerung und der internationalen Gemeinschaft in diesen notwendigen und schwierigen Prozess“, so Sebastian Kurz weiter. Österreich fordert die ägyptischen Behörden auf, den Weg, der hier beschritten wurde, zu überdenken und die Urteile aufzuheben und hofft auf einen friedlichen Ablauf der für 26. bis 27. Mai geplanten Präsidentenwahlen sowie die Einhaltung internationaler Standards.

Vier-Augen-Gespräch mit Jordaniens König Abdullah II.

08.04.2014 – Thema des Meinungsaustausches in der Präsidentschaftskanzlei: die Lage in Nahost und in Syrien – besonders die dramatische Situation der syrischen Flüchtlinge – sowie die aktuelle Entwicklung in der Ukraine

Der jordanische König Abdullah II. hat am Dienstag zu Mittag in Wien mit Bundespräsident Heinz Fischer ein Vieraugengespräch geführt.

Später stießen auch der jordanische Außenminister Nasser Jawdeh sowie Kanzleramtsminister Josef Ostermayer zu dem Gespräch. Thema der Gespräche waren die Lage in Nahost und in Syrien sowie die vielen Flüchtlinge.

Abdullah II. bin al-Hussein war zuvor mit militärischen Ehren durch Bundespräsident Heinz Fischer im Inneren Burghof empfangen worden.

Dem Vieraugen-Termin und den Gesprächen mit Jawdeh und Ostermayer folgte ein Mittagessen, bevor der König am Nachmittag nach Moskau weiterreiste, wo er laut Präsidentschaftskanzlei auch Präsident Wladimir Putin treffen wollte. Deshalb hätten Heinz Fischer und der jordanische König auch über die Lage in der Ukraine gesprochen.

Thema des Vieraugengesprächs sei besonders die aktuelle Situation in Syrien gewesen, mit ihren Auswirkungen auf die Region wie etwa dem Flüchtlingsproblem, mit dem Jordanien zu kämpfen habe. Nach Jordanien sind rund 590.000 Menschen geflüchtet. Heinz Fischer berichtete König Abdullah auch von seinem Treffen mit Israels Staatspräsident Shimon Peres Ende März in Wien.

Ein drittes Thema der Gespräche waren die mögliche Intensivierung der bilateralen Beziehungen zwischen Amman und Wien in Bezug auf Kultur, Tourismus und Wirtschaft.

Bundespräsident Heinz Fischer und seine Frau Margit Fischer hatten im November 2008 Jordanien einen Staatsbesuch abgestattet. Im April des selben Jahres hatten sich König Abdullah und seine Frau Rania zu einem Arbeitsbesuch in Wien aufgehalten.

König Abdullah hat eine besondere Beziehung zu Österreich. 1994 wurde er Kommandant der nationalen jordanischen Elitetruppen, er selbst hat eine Ausbildung beim Einsatzkommando Cobra absolviert und die Einsatztaktiken studiert. Österreich und die Slowakei verbinden gute nachbarschaftliche Beziehungen

“Österreich und die Slowakei verbinden gute nachbarschaftliche Beziehungen, die wir weiter fortführen wollen”, sagte Bundeskanzler Werner Faymann heute, Montag, nach dem Arbeitsgespräch mit seinem slowakischen Amtskollegen Robert Fico im Bundeskanzleramt. “Wir arbeiten auch auf europäischer Ebene gut zusammen. Die Bekämpfung der Jugendarbeitslosigkeit muss in Europa höchste Priorität haben“, so Faymann. Für die Slowakei mit einer der höchsten Jugendarbeitslosenrate in der EU sei das besonders wichtig. Österreich gelte mit seiner Jugendgarantie bereits als Beispiel für ganz Europa.

Beide bekannten sich auch zur Notwendigkeit einer Finanztransaktionssteuer. Es sei daher wichtig, dass die Finanzminister die Arbeiten auf europäischer Ebene zügig vorantreiben, so Faymann.

Besprochen wurde ebenso die allfällige Abhaltung eines Wirtschaftsforums als Ausdruck der ausgezeichneten Wirtschaftsbeziehungen zwischen Österreich und der Slowakei.

Der Bundeskanzler brachte auch die großen Bedenken gegenüber der Nutzung von Kernkraft generell und im Besonderen über das grenznahe Kernkraftwerk Mochovce und dessen geplanten Ausbau zum Ausdruck. “Österreich wird weiterhin gegenüber der Europäischen Kommission auf die strikte Einhaltung aller EU-Umweltauflagen durch die Slowakei drängen. Auch der bilaterale Dialog auf Expertenebene muss noch intensiviert werden”, sagte der Kanzler abschließend.

Empfang neuer Botschafter in der Hofburg

Montag, 11 November 2013 – Etliche Arabische und Westliche Botschafter haben heute in der Hofburg ihre Akkreditierungsschreiben Präsident Dr. Heinz Fischer überreicht. Die formelle Zeremonien wurden stets von den Aufwartungen und der Musik der Ehrengarde begleitet.

Als erster hat sich um 9:15 der neue Botschafter von Libyen, Dr. Ali Albesbas, formell vorgestellt und ihr Akkreditierungsschreiben überreicht. Danach folgten der Botschafter der Republik Namibia, Simon Madjumo Maruta, der Botschafter des Staates Katar, Ali Khalfan Al-Mansouri, der Botschafter von Kanada, Mark Bailey, der Botschafter der Tschechischen Republik, Jan Sechter und der Botschafter des Staates Israel, Zvi Heifetz.

Die Botschafter sind in Begleitung ihrer Familien und einem kleinen Stab von Botschaftsmitarbeitern in die Hofburg gekommen.

Ich wünsche den neuen Botschaftern von Katar, Ali Khalfan Al-Mansouri, und Lybien. Dr. Ali Albesbas, das beste Glück bei der Ausübung ihrer Ämter.

قدم صباح اليوم الأثنين الموافق 11 نوفمبر 2013, عدد من سفراء الدول الأجنبية والعربية الجدد, أوراق إعتمادهم لدى رئيس الجمهورية النمساوي دكتور هاينز فيشر, في مقر إقامته في القصر الجمهوري, وذلك في مراسم إستقبال رسمية عزفت خلالها فرق حرس الشرف السلام الوطني للبلاد

حيث قدم في تمام الساعة العاشرة وخمس دقائق سعادة سفير قطر, السيد علي خلفان المنصوري أوراق إعتماده لرئيس الجمهورية سفيرا لدولة قطر والمؤسسات الدولية في النمسا

وبدأت مراسم تسليم أوراق الإعتماد في تمام الساعة التاسعة والربع صباحا في إستقبال السفير الليبي الجديد الدكتور علي البسباس, والطاقم الدبلوماسي المرافق له, تلاه تقديم سفير جمهورية ناميبيا، سيمون مادجيمو ماروتا, سفير دولة قطر, سفير دولة كندا مارك بيالي, سفير جمهورية التشيك، يان سيختر

وانتهت مراسم الإستقبال الرسمية الساعة 12 وربع بتقديم سفير إسرائيل زئيف هيفيتز, أوراق إعتماده

Werner Faymann: Das Leben unserer Soldaten steht an oberster Stelle

Österreich bereitet geordneten Abzug vom Golan vor

Bundeskanzler – 06.06.2013 – “Die Sicherheit unserer Soldaten kann bei ihrer Friedensmission auf den Golanhöhen nicht mehr gewährleistet werden. Der Verteidigungsminister hat uns heute darüber informiert, dass auch neuerliche Auseinandersetzungen im Bereich unseres Einsatzraumes nicht auszuschließen sind”, sagte Bundeskanzler Werner Faymann heute, donnerstags, bei einer gemeinsamen Pressekonferenz mit Außenminister Michael Spindelegger und Verteidigungsminister Gerald Klug im Wiener Bundeskanzleramt.

“Wir haben bereits bei der Diskussion über die Aufhebung des Waffenembargos über Syrien klargestellt, dass wir um die weitere Sicherheit des Friedenseinsatzes fürchten und dass zusätzliche Waffen keine Lösung sein können. Wir haben auch unmissverständlich klar gemacht, dass die Situation am Golan täglich neu zu beurteilen ist”, so Faymann.

“Wir haben es uns nicht leicht gemacht. Die heutigen Ereignisse haben gezeigt, dass die Sicherheitszone nicht mehr respektiert wird . Unsere Soldaten sind aber nicht dafür eingesetzt, in Kampfhandlungen zwischen Regierungstruppen und Rebellen einzugreifen. Die heutigen Ereignisse haben gezeigt, dass das Risiko für unsere Soldaten zu groß geworden ist. Deshalb haben wir gemeinsam in der Regierung beschlossen, den geordneten Abzug vorzubereiten und durchzuführen. Das Leben unserer Soldaten steht für uns an oberster Stelle. Ich danke allen Soldaten, die bisher ihren Einsatz am Golan geleistet haben”, sagte der Kanzler.

Österreich werde sich aber weiterhin an internationalen Friedenseinsätzen beteiligen. “Unsere Missionen im Kosovo, in Bosnien-Herzegowina, im Libanon, auf Zypern oder in Mali werden mit vollem Einsatz weitergeführt. Wir werden langfristig die Truppenstärke bei der internationalen Friedenssicherung nicht verringern, sondern wollen diese langfristig sogar ausbauen. Denn die Teilnahme an friedenserhaltenden Maßnahmen ist fixer Bestandteil unserer Politik”, schloss der Bundeskanzler.

Österreichischer Frauenlauf 2013

Wien .at - Beim Frauenlauf am 26. Mai 2013 messen sich Hobby-Läuferinnen und professionelle Sportlerinnen im Wiener Prater.

Der Österreichische Frauenlauf gilt als größter Frauenlauf Kontinentaleuropas. Tausende Frauen und Mädchen sowie deren Familien, Freundinnen, Freunde und Fans sind im Wiener Prater aktiv mit dabei. Willkommen sind sowohl Anfängerinnen, passionierte Hobby-Läuferinnen sowie aktive und ehemalige professionelle Sportlerinnen.

Die klassische Frauenlaufstrecke über fünf Kilometer ist für alle Teilnehmerinnen geeignet. Darüber hinaus gibt es den Nordic Walking–Wettbewerb über dieselbe Distanz und eine Strecke über zehn Kilometer. Die Rundkurse weisen keine nennenswerten Steigungen auf.
Kinderbetreuung

Von 8 bis 12.30 Uhr wird Kinderbetreuung für Kinder ab zwei Jahren mit Malen, Gruppen- und Geschicklichkeitsspielen angeboten.

Verteidigungsminister Klug besucht EURAD13 am 29. Mai in Horn

Größte Bundesheerübung von 21. Mai bis 7. Juni 2013

Wien (OTS/BMLVS) – Verteidigungsminister Gerald Klug und Generalleutnant Othmar Commenda, Chef des Generalstabes, werden am Mittwoch, den 29. Mai um 11:30 Uhr an einer Einweisung in die Übung “European Advance 2013″ (EURAD13) in Horn teilnehmen. Ebenfalls wird der Landesverteidigungsausschuss die Übung in Horn besuchen.

Die EURAD13, die größte Bundesheerübung dieses Jahres, findet von 21. Mai bis 7. Juni 2013 statt. Insgesamt üben rund 4.400 Soldatinnen und Soldaten des Österreichischen Bundesheeres internationales Krisenmanagement sowie internationale Katastrophenhilfe. Darüber hinaus nehmen die Streitkräfte aus Deutschland, Frankreich und Italien an der Übung teil.

Die Soldatinnen und Soldaten trainieren in einem Gebiet mit den Eckpunkten Truppenübungsplatz Allentsteig, Horn, Weitra und Langenlebarn. Der Großteil des Trainings wird am Übungsplatz Allentsteig stattfinden.

Die Gewinner des PLURAL+ Österreich Videowettbewerbs wurden im Rahmen der Allianz der Zivilisationen am 27. Februar gefeiert. Das international besetzte Publikum durfte sich auf spannende Filme freuen.

Wien, 27. Februar 2013 – Der Videowettbewerb PLURAL+ Österreich bietet kreativen Jugendlichen die Möglichkeit, ihre Gedanken und Erfahrungen zu Migration, Diversität und Menschenrechte visuell darzustellen. Die Gewinner erhielten ihre Preise unter anderem von hochrangigen Politikern.

Botschafter William Lacy Swing, Generaldirektor der Internationalen Organisation für Migration (IOM), war von den Gewinnern sehr angetan: „Ich bin beeindruckt über das Engagement dieser Filmemacher, die Medien für einen guten Zweck einsetzen. Sollten mich Menschen fragen was für einen Einfluss diese Videos haben, würde ich sagen, dass sie nicht nur die Vorteile von Migration hervorheben, sondern auch andere Menschen ermutigen, sich konstruktiv mit sozialen Themen auseinanderzusetzen.“

Der internationale Schauspieler David Wurawa moderierte die von über 450 Gästen besuchte Preisverleihung und erklärte wieso die Jury die Gewinnervideos in den sechs Kategorien auswählte. Über 120 Jugendliche nahmen an dem PLURAL+ Videowettbewerb teil und schickten Kurzfilme sowie Musikvideos über eine große Auswahl von Themen. Nach der Preisverleihung werden die sechs Gewinnervideos auf Okto-TV und FS1-Das Fernsehen ausgestrahlt.

In the framework of the Alliance of Civilizations, the winners of the Austrian PLURAL+ Video Competition were celebrated for their outstanding movies on the 27th of February. The international audience in the Viennese Hofburg was impressed by the young people and their amazing work.

Vienna, 27 February 2013 – PLURAL+ is a video competition for young people to visually express their thoughts and experiences on migration, diversity, social cohesion, human rights and identity. Within the framework of the Alliance of Civilizations the winners of PLURAL+ Austria were nominated and received awards from important politicians.

Ambassador William Lacy Swing, General Director of the International Organization for Migration (IOM) stated: “I am impressed by these film makers’ dedication to using media technology for such a worthy cause. When people ask me what impact these films have had, I will say that they have not only promoted the benefits of migration, but encouraged people to think constructively about social issues of migration.”

The international actor David Wurawa moderated the award ceremony attended by 450 people, and explained the justification for the winning videos in six different categories. All-together 120 young people took part in the Austrian competition presenting a wide variety of issues and formats form music videos to storyboards. The winning videos will be broadcasted on Okto-TV and FS1-TV after the award ceremony.

Das Wiener Hochquellenwasser kommt aus den niederösterreichischen und steirischen Alpen direkt in den Wasserhahn. Dass eine Millionenstadt wie Wien vollständig mit natürlichem Hochquellenwasser versorgt wird, ist eine Besonderheit.

In Wien werden täglich rund 380 Millionen Liter Wasser verbraucht. Allein im eigenen Haushalt nutzt jede Wienerin und jeder Wiener im Durchschnitt 130 Liter pro Tag.

I. und II. Wiener Hochquellenleitung

Das Wasser fließt in zwei unterirdischen Leitungen, der I. und II. Hochquellenleitung im natürlichen Gefälle nach Wien. Es wird keine einzige Pumpe und keine zusätzliche Energie benötigt, um das Trinkwasser aus den Alpen in die Stadt zu leiten. Im Gegenteil: Das in den Hochquellenleitungen fließende Wasser erzeugt sogar so viel Energie, dass 20.000 Haushalte mit Strom versorgt werden können.

Das RohrnetzVon den Endpunkten der Hochquellenleitungen wird das Wasser über Hochbehälter in das städtische Rohrnetz eingespeist. Über das Rohrnetz gelangt das Wasser schließlich in Wohnungen und Häuser. Das gesamte Rohrnetz für die Wiener Wasserversorgung ist über 3.000 Kilometer lang und umfasst über 100.000 Anschlussleitungen. Das Rohrnetz wird aus Sicherheitsgründen ständig kontrolliert und laufend erneuert. Mehr.
