On 18 November 2012, a 10-year-old boy is killed along with his father when the water truck they are travelling in is destroyed by an Israeli drone in Gaza.

Ten-year-old Ashour lived with his family in the Jabalia refugee camp, north Gaza. His father Suheil worked distributing mineral water to households in Gaza. “He did not have a fixed schedule,” explains Ashour’s uncle, Ali. “He would deliver clean water in his truck whenever the customers called him.”

On Sunday, 18 November 2012, Suheil went to distribute water at around 3:30 p.m. with his son Ashour. “Suheil used to take his sons when they didn’t have school or homework to help him,” says Ali. “Drone planes were flying overhead.” At around 4:30 p.m., Ali’s neighbour came to tell him he had heard that a truck similar to Suhail’s had been targeted by the Israelis in Beit Lahiya. “I got really worried so I immediately called Suheil but he did not answer,” Ali recalls. “I kept calling for like three or four minutes until someone picked up. He said he was a paramedic, but then the call dropped out because the signal was weak.”

Ali asked his neighbour to take him to Beit Lahiya to the site of the incident. “As we approached, I saw many people gathered around a vehicle that had been bombed. I recognized the vehicle. It was Suheil’s. I saw the water tank in the back and saw that the front had been hit.” Ali was told that the bodies had been taken to the morgue. “I rushed to the morgue and found Suheil’s body. He had been dismembered. Only the upper part of his body was there. I started crying. Then, I heard people saying that his son had been also killed. I was really shocked. The man in charge of the morgue opened another draw and I recognized Ashour. His face was burned and his body was covered with shrapnel wounds.”

“I was told that Suhail and Ashour were targeted by a drone, and that there were no fighters nearby,” says Ali. “Suheil’s other four children, Isra’ (17), Malak (14), Mo’men (12) and Batoul (4) are always crying and have nightmares, especially Malak and Mo’men,” says Ali. “The little one, Batoul, keeps asking me, ‘where’s daddy? where’s Ashour?’ and I tell her they’re in heaven. Their father died while working in tough conditions so he could feed them.”

On Friday Nov. 19 2010, an Israeli soldier sent me the e-mail below in which he asked me to add him to the list of war criminals. He donated several names of Israeli soldiers who according to him participated in war crimes against civiliasns in Gaza, Dato Aleksidze from Raanana, Irakli Chkheidze drom Bat Yam, Koby axalishvili from Ber sheva, and he asked me to add them to the list of the war criminals posted on my website.

I wrote the soldier back: I have no problem adding you to my collection of war criminals, but I need more than just names and your angry Email to believe that you took part in these crimes.

I need some more items of information about you and your friends in case you want to be included in my list:

- Full name (also in hebrew)
- Date and place of birth

- Passport or ID number
- Military rank (current and while in Gaza), military unit to which you are/were attached, commanding officer (and rank)
- Picture of face (best is an ID photo, or a scan of your passport).
- Description of activities during operation cast lead – special mention of war crimes and crimes against humanity perpetrated, with place and time.
- If you perpetrated war crimes or crimes against humanity while in the West Bank, you are also eligible to be included. Describe your activities accordingly

For your reference, the definition of genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity is in chapters 6 to 8 of the Rome Statute of the ICC. You can forward this email to all your friends who participated in operation cast lead or served in anywhere in Gaza or the West Bank, in case they also want to provide me information about their experience. Any information you or others provide will be published and possibly forwarded to criminal courts in various jurisdictions if it is found credible.

The e-mail which this Israeli soldier sent me made me wonder if the title of “war criminal” is desirable, wished by all the soldiers of the Israeli occupation army. Has the level of filth, crime and depravity in the so-called “Israeli Defense Forces” reached the point where every Israeli soldier intentionally murders children, elderly, women and innocent civilians and then boasts of his crimes so that his name can be included in published lists of war criminals? Does the crime, terrorism and murder are the title which become the only distinguishes the Israeli occupation soldiers from all other occupation soldiers throughout the history and time?

At a time when normal people pride of their studies, knowledge, efficiency, of winning awards in the fields of science, literature and peace, of defending the human rights and other positive qualities and titles, the soldiers of the zionist organization, the so-called “state of israel”, are proud of their crimes, their terrorism and the deliberate murder of innocent civilians. The impunity of those criminals made them demand from human rights activists and journalists to include their names in lists of war criminals. On Nov. 18 2010, yet another e-mail landed in my inbox. The name of the writer is Avi Drori, another jewish name. The IP number of the writer e-mail says he was registered in the UK. Below is a screen shot the Drori e-mail.

These e-mails landed in my inbox after a report was published about 200 Israeli war criminals by others. The report has some new information about those criminals. This information could help the peace and the human rights activists to develop a legal case before the justice, it also exposed those criminals before the public opinion in Israel. Since publishing that report, thousands of Israelis have visited my website while they all were searching in Google for “Israeli war criminals”. Among the Israelis who visited my homepage were the Israeli government main provider, IDF soldiers, settlers, kibbutz and etc.

On Friday Nov. 19, 2010 midnight , yet another e-mail from Israel landed in my mailbox. The writer was a moav vardi, he introduced himself as a journalist. He said that he was very interested to talk with the people behind the initiative of publishing names and photos of the Israeli war criminals. He asked me “Do you know anything about it or how can I get in touch with these people?” see the e-mail below:

If you search in Google about “moav vardi”, you will find nothing, just a profile on LinkedIn which says that he is a magazine reporter of a magazine without name, and Channel 10 News. From experience I know that most Israeli journalists are engaged by the israeli intelligence. The Israeli media was militarized during and as a consequence of the second Intifada. All of the israeli journalists served in the IDF as soldiers, and most of them took part in the Lebanon 2006 war and the so-called “Operation Cast Lead” in Gaza.

Asking me about people behind that initiative is a typical question of the intelligence. It is the same type of disgusting questions used by the Israeli intelligence system during the past 62+ years of occupation. Nothing has changed. I have always been aware when an israeli contact me and asked questions under the cover of being a “journalist”. I remember the case of an Israeli journalist who used to work with AFP and who was engaged by the Israeli intelligence. This journalist was behind the arrest of Marwan Al-Barghouti, or at least he spied on him and helped the IDF arrest him.

Channel 10 News is well known as a radical and silly operation where several former IDF officers and settlers work as “journalists”, people like Lior Shlein, Natan Beshevkin, who are former IDF soldiers and live as squatters in the colony of Nilin in the West Bank. Channel 10 has aired programs insulting and inciting against Christians and Muslims. The Channel operates under the auspices of the second israeli broadcasting authority (SBA).

Who is Major General Avi Mizrahi?

Below is a brief statement about the war criminal Major General Avi Mizrahi, whom the Palestinian authority continues hosting in the occupied Palestinian cities together with his military intelligence team.

Currently, Mizrahi is a Commander of the IDF military “Central Command” which is responsible for all kinds of theft, robbery, murder, arrest and assassination operations in the occupied West Bank, as well about all the military checkpoints and military bases spread everywhere in the Palestinians cities and towns. He was appointed on October 22 2009 in replacement to the war criminal Gadi Shamini, (currently military attaché in Washington).

During the first Intifada, Mizrahi was a commander of an armored brigade. Through his personal talk published in Hebrew media, Mizrahi confesses that he was a field murderer, always on foot and achieved his “targets” of executing Palestinians and jailing them.

During the tunnel clashes which broke in 1996 as a result of the Israeli drilling under Al-Aqsa and opening a museum, Mizrahi administrated the IDF operations in the Palestinians cities where he arrested dozens of Palestinians and murdered dozens more.

Between 2001 and 2003, Mizrahi served as the commander of an IDF division, during the so- called “Operation Defensive Shield” a large-scale military operation in the occupied West Bank during the second Intifada and which started on March 29 2002, Mizrahi was a commander of the IDF division 36 “Achsgolny”, he joined his troops in terrorist operation into Ramallah placing Yasser Arafat and his compound under siege. He murdered dozens of PA security forces who were found in a building near Al-Moqata which Mizrahi had surrounded with tanks.

Mizrahi also sent his tanks to invade Tulkarem and Qalqilya. On April 1 2002, he invaded Bethlehem. On 2 April 2002 he invaded Jenin and Nablus where he perpetrated massacres and other war crimes. His operation in Jenin was characterized by strict curfews on civilian populations; restrictions were imposed on movement of international personnel, including a prohibition of entry of humanitarian and medical goods and personnel into the Palestinian cities. Over 700 Palestinians were killed by Mizrahi tanks during these incursions.

During the Lebanon war 1982, Mizrahi was commander of a tank battalion, his activity included ambushes and crossing the Litani. During the second Lebanon war, Mizrahi was a commander of a Merkava tank brigade together with Chico Tamir and Nitzan Alon (now commander of the IDF in the occupied territories). After the war of 2006 he returned to the IDF ground forces and headed “Operation Cast Lead” in Gaza.

Mizrahi is an extremist and radical zionist. He was born in 1957 in Haifa (a Palestinian city ethnically cleansed by the jews in 1948). Mizrahi is a strong supporter of the squatter colonies in the West Bank. He described the terrorist squatters as “mostly great people. We have to support them” in Hebrew media.

Mizrahi went to the Bilin village where a weekly peace demo faces his troops. Mizrahi ordered his troops to shoot at the demonstrators in Bilin. After his visit, a foreigner peace activist was shot dead. Mizrahi described his visit to Bilin and said: “I saw dozens of Israelis violating the law; the law is not being met with them. Our soldier should enforce the law, and also on those ones who share Bilin demos”.

Mizrahi is married with a teacher. He has three daughters (one is married and 2 are IDF soldiers). He lives with his family in a village about 45 Km. south of Haifa. This was called Zamarin and it is one of the many Palestinian villages which were ethnically cleansed by the jews. The village was renamed “Zichron Yaacov” and a zionist colony established by James de Rothschild, now ultra-orthodox jews and members of Chabad-Lubavitch live there. Zamarin was the the first village which was attacked and ethnically cleansed by the Haganah terrorists in their massacre against Palestinian villages, cities and towns in 1948.

Mizrahi joined the IDF in 1975. He was in the “Merkava 36th armored division” (this means that he was a cluster bomber Sheller). The 36th Armored Division is known as the Ga’ash formation, it is the largest armored division in the IDF, which includes “engineering corps soldiers” who are attached to it. It is stationed on the Golan Heights under authority of the Northern Command. It is currently commanded by Brigadier-General Sami Turgeman. It also includes the 7th and 188th armored Brigades.

1981- 1987: Mizrahi was a company commander (tank commander) of armored corps Brigade 211, Yishai Division, which was involved in 1982 in war crimes in Lebanon, where hundreds of Palestinian were murdered in Sabra and Shatilla massacres in Lebanon, among other incidents. The Yishai division was dissolved in the early 1990s. Mizrahi was a company commander of the Bnei Or (Sons of Light) 480 armored corps brigade. He also was a deputy commander of the “Kfir” war tank infantry brigade.

After the Lebanon war 1982, Mizrahi was rehabilitated and released from the IDF. He worked as a security attaché of the ISA abroad until 1988. This means that he was guarding the criminal commanders who were studying at American colleges.

From 1988-1990, Mizrahi was a commander the Israeli military death squad “Nahshon” assigned to the Ephraim Brigade (a branch of the “Kfir” armored corps which operates in the West Bank), and was involved in executing Palestinian civilians and the stones throwers, and breaking the bones of many Palestinian victims during the first Intifada.

In 1992 Mizrahi was a commander of the “Shimshon Battalion” assigned to the Etzion Brigade, (another branch of the “Kfir” death squad unit operating in the West Bank), where the extremist squatters were welcome to join IDF operations to murder Palestinians. He was the commander of a reserve armored brigade of “Merkava” tanks.

Between 1990 and 2000, Mizrahi was a commander of an IDF reserves unit and the commander for company and battalion war criminals.

All these titles and names and assignments are just fancy cover for what Mizrahi and those like him are: thugs, bloodthirsty murderous beasts who should not be left to roam free.

It should be noted that the PA ambassador to the UN killed and buried the Goldstone report in order to protect the Israeli war criminals who took part in “Operation Cast Lead” in Gaza.

It later became known through “Reuters” that the PA was involved in the Gaza massacre: Israeli Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman said on Monday that President Mahmoud Abbas urged Israel to topple Hamas in the Gaza war last year, then turned around and blamed Israel for war crimes. “Over the past year, I witnessed Abbas at his best. “During Operation Cast Lead, he called us personally, applied pressure and demanded that we topple Hamas and remove it from power” he told Israel’s Maariv daily.

End of the Quiet Before the Storm in Lebanon

exercises and preparations for a new war, one week after publication of the threats of the Israeli war criminal, the crazed “minister of defense” Barak in the Washington Post, in which he said during an interview published in the newspaper that Israel will hit Lebanese governmental institutions directly if Hezbollah fires rockets at Israeli cities, some IDF soldiers trespassed the “Blue Line” and moved into the Lebanese territory in an attempt at provoking Hezbollah into firing rockets at Israel. Hezbollah did not take the bait but the reaction of the Lebanese people and troops on location was as predictabe as the outcome: a shootout with several dead and wounded, an israeli army spokesman contradicting himself and still telling nothing but lies.

Lebanese security sources reported that 3 Lebanese soldiers were killed and several people were injured in a clash with Israeli troops near the border. The IDF soldiers violated UN resolution 1701 which ended the 2006 war between Israel and Hezbollah. The Israeli troops deliberately trespassed the “Blue Line” and moved into Lebanon on Tuesday afternoon. These troops proceeded to attack Lebanese property and they fired four rockets that fell near a Lebanese army checkpoint in the village of Al-Adaisseh in the area. The Lebenese soldiers responded to the Israeli attack. At least three Lebanese and one Israeli soldiers were killed, several Lebenese were injured and some houses were damaged during the exchange of rockets and gunfire along the border between the conflicting parties.

The unjustified provocation of the IDF soldiers which developed into an attack erupted in the morning after Israeli soldiers reportedly attempted to uproot olive trees on the Lebanese side of the border, and place cameras. The civilian Lebanese owners of the olive trees clashed with the IDF troops and refused that they uproot their trees, the only economic source on which these farmers can rely. The refusal on part of the Lebanese civilians of the invasion attempt of the IDF led to the withdrawal of the Israeli troops, who later opened fire to the Lebanese side, which developed into an exchange of gunfire and rockets.

Among the Lebanese victims was Assaf Abou Rahhal, a journalist from Al-Akhbar newspaper, who was covering the conflict in Al-Adaisseh. The IDF criminal Lieutenant Colonel Dov Harari was also killed in the same attack, and another war criminal and provocateur was seriously injured.

Abu Ali (52 years), a Labenese from Al-Adaisseh village, said that Israeli aircraft had been flying over the area several days ago “but we remain strong in our land”. He said: “I witnessed the Unifil peacekeepers raising White and UN flags in the area but the Israelis continued directing artillery fire at Lebanon Army outposts and toward us”.
