مير قطر مطالبا الدولي بتحمل مسؤولياته, ما يجري في سوريا وفلسطين وصمة عار على جبين الإنسانية

قال أمير قطر الشيخ حمد بن خليفة آل ثاني في كلمة ألقاها اليوم الأربعاء خلال الجلسة الإفتتاحية لفعاليات المنتدى العالمي الخامس لتحالف الحضارات الذي ترعاه منظمة الأمم المتحدة, والمنعقدة في الهوف برج في العاصمة النمساوية فينا بإن المنتدى يكتسب أهمية كبرى في الوقت الذي زادت فيه حدة الإنقسامات نتيجة لمظاهر التوترات في مناطق عديدة في العالم. وأضاف بأن العالم يواجه انقسامات سياسية وإيديولوجية تتطلب من المجتمع الدولي مواصلة الجهود لإزالة أسباب النزاعات ومخاطر الصراع والعمل الجاد والدؤوب لنشر قيم ثقافة التفاهم والتعايش التي يزدهر في أجوائها الحوار والتحالف بين الحضارات وتنمية العلاقات السوية بين الامم والشعوب

وقال: بإن الصراع والنزاع من سمات سياسات القوة والسيطرة عبر التاريخ ولكن امتحان المجتمع الدولي هو في مدى امكانية فرض الحوار والتفاوض أساساً لفض الصراعات وفي البحث عن المشتركات التي تشكل هموما وتحديات للانسانية جمعاء وكذلك في التصدي لمن يلبس الصراعات والنزاعات لباس الحضارات وكأننا إزاء صراع بين الحضارات

ونوه سمو الأمير إلى أن دولاً كثيرة لا تفعل أكثر من الإدانة اللفظية لما يجري في سوريا من (جينوسايد), أي إبادة جماعية يرتكبها نظام الحكم، مطالبا المجتمع الدولي بتحمل مسؤولياته والوقوف بجانب الشعبين السوري والفلسطيني

وبصراحة معهودة, انتقد سموه قوى رئيسية في العالم قائلا: ما زالت هناك قوى رئيسية في العالم تقف موقفا غير عادل يمنع حل اخر قضية استعمارية في التاريخ وهي قضية فلسطين التي تتفاقم وتشكل مصدرا دائما للتوتر في منطقتنا كما تشكل مصدرا لاعتقاد الناس بان العنصرية مازالت سائدة في المجتمع الدولي وتشكك الناس بنزاهة تنفيذ القانون الدولي

ووصف بما يجري في سوريا وفلسطين من انتهاكات فاضحة بأنها وصمة عار على جبين الإنسانية والمجتمع الدولي، وقال إن قوى رئيسية في العالم ما زالت تقف موقفا غير عادل يمنع حل آخر قضية استعمارية في التاريخ وهي قضية فلسطين التي تتفاقم وتشكل مصدرا دائما للتوتر ومصدرا لاعتقاد الناس بأن العنصرية ما زالت سائدة في المجتمع الدولي, مطالبا بضرورة أن تسود قيم العدالة والمساواة والقانون الدولي وأن تغيب ازدواجية المعايير في العلاقات الدولية

وقال سمو امير دولة قطر ان الفترة السابقة شهدت تزايد مظاهر الفهم الخاطئ للدين الإسلامي الحنيف والحضارة الإسلامية إضافة إلى ما يتعرض له المسلمون من مظاهر التهميش والتمييز والكراهية في العديد من مناطق المعمورة

وشدد في كلمته على أن هذه المظاهر وغيرها تؤكد الحاجة الملحة إلى مبادرة تحالف الحضارات لبناء آفاق تعاون متعددة بين مختلف الأمم والشعوب ومعالجة التوترات والنزاعات والقضاء على كل ما من شأنه أن يزيد في توسيع الهوة بين الأمم

واضاف قائلا: لاشك بأن تعقيدات إيجاد التوازن بين حرية التعبير واحترام وحماية حقوق الآخرين ومقدساتهم ومعتقداتهم ومشاعرهم , وعدم تجريم الممارسات العنصرية ، كل ذلك يرسّخ خرافة صراع الحضارات, ويساعد على تجذّر خطاب الكراهية في الوعي الجماعي , ويوقد جذوة النزاعات , ويقوّض الجهود المبذولة لنشر مبادئ التقارب والتعايش, وتشجيع التنوع الثقافي بين الشعوب

وتحدث سموه حول تعقيدات إيجاد التوازن بين حرية التعبير واحترام وحماية حقوق الآخرين ومقدساتهم ومعتقداتهم ومشاعرهم مسؤولية الإعلام مشددا على دور وسائل الإعلام في هذا الخصوص

وقال إن مسؤولية الإعلام المتعاظمة تكمن في خلق الصورة الصحيحة عن الآخر مع الابتعاد عن الفرضيات الجاهزة والأحكام المسبقة على الآخر والنظر إلى حقائق الأمور معتبرا بأن نجاح الحوار بين الحضارات مشروط بتوفر هذا المستوى من العقلانية والنزاهة في وسائل الإعلام، التي قال بأن لديها رسالة ومسؤولية أخلاقية وإنسانية

جدير بالذكر بأن سمو الشيخة موزة بنت مسند قد رافقت زوجها الأمير خلال زيارته للنمسا للمشاركة في فعاليات الجلسة الإفتتاحية للمنتدى العالمي الخامس لتحالف الحضارات. وقد شوهدت الشيخة وهي تتابع باهتمام فعاليات المنتدى

وكانت حالة من التوتر قد سادت أوساط الأمن العاملين على توفير الحماية للأمير القطري وزوجته لدى وصولهما لقاعة المؤتمر, حيث تدافع الصحفيون المرافقون للأمير نحو زملائهم الصحفيين في النمسا في محاولة منهم إحتكار تصوير الأمير, الأمر دفع أفراد الأمن المرافقين للزيارة إلى دفع الصحفيين بقوة مفرطة للخلف والأستمرار في دفعهم الأمر الذي أدى إلى وقوعهم فوق بعضهم وتضرر أدوات تصويرهم. ووقوع إصابة واحدة بين صفوفهم

وكانت الإصابة من نصيبنا وحدنا, وقد نقلنا على أثرها إلى المستشفى لتلقي العلاج بعد تقديم الإسعافات الأولية إلينا في وحدة العلاج الطارىء في مقر المؤتمر. وأدت الإصابة إلى جرح تحت الحاجب, فوق العين اليمنى مباشرة, إضافة إلى جرح عميق في إبهام إصبع اليد اليمنى وكسر في أطار العدسة الخارجي وغطاء الكاميرا الخاص بالبطارية

وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن الأصابة قد أدت إلى إنقطاعنا عن مواصلة الجلسة الإفتتاحية, وعودتنا للقاعة في بعد نصف ساعة, إلا أن مواصلة النزف أدت لنقلنا للمستشفى ثانية بعد إنهاء أمير قطر لكلمته الإفتتاحية
