Riddle Or Conspiracy of Traitors , Video

Is this a Palestinian-Israeli riddle or a conspiracy? Yesterday I was searching and documenting the bloody crimes of several Israeli officials who were involved in genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes against the Palestinians in the occupied West Bank, among others I was interested in Maj. Gen. Avi Mizrahi, Brig. Gen. Yoav “Polly” Mordechai, Brig. Gen. Nitzan Alon, Lt. Col Guy Hazut, Lt. Dean Nahum. My research is about the recent crimes of genocide and ethnic cleansing perpetrated by commanders who signed several military orders against Palestinian civilians in Hebron and around cities and towns in the occupied West Bank and Gaza. My research is towards a legal file which I could use to prosecute these criminals under the provisions of international laws and regulations related to the occupation, war crimes, genocide and crimes against humanity.

I was busy documenting details about the new wave of ethnic cleansing under the Mizrahi-Mordachai-Alon military orders of deportation, homes demolitions, incarcerations, razing of agricultural lands, destroying electricity and water infrastructure, terrorizing civilian women and children in their homes and arresting the men before the eyes of the children.

During the last month, July 2010, the thugs of Mizrahi, Mordachai and Lt. Col. Guy Hazut, commander of the so-called Hebron military brigade who recently replaced the war criminal Col. Udi ben Moha, as well as Lieutenant Dean Nahum, a war criminal who caused death for patients from Gaza at the “Erez” military base and involved in genocide and war crimes and who replaced Aviv Figel at the DCL office in Hebron, sent their soldiers and bulldozers four times in 12 days to terrorize the Palestinian civilians who have lived in the Al Baqa’a valley forever, to carry out demolitions of artesian wells, water pipes, razing of plants, shooting grenades at the women and children, arresting the youths of the families and accusing them of obstructing the mission of the IDF, (which are crimes against humanity by the standards of anybody who has a minimum of decency).

Before that, some weeks ago, hundreds of demolition orders for houses and artesian wells in Hebron and the southern towns of the district were issued and signed by these three war criminals:

• Major General Avi Mizrahi, the “GOC” central command, a commander of IDF death squads perpetrator of executions, arrests, torture, transfers, war crimes and genocide operations in West Bank and who replaced the war criminal Gadi Shamni on October 19 2009.
• Brig. Gen. Yoav “Polly” Mordechai, the so called the “head of the civil administration”, a military organization most affecting civilian population in the West Bank. Mordachai is a chief of a bulldozer unit, perpetrator of robbery, theft of agricultural lands, demolition and destruction of the homes of many Palestinians, deportations, razing of whole towns and villages and thousands of trees to the ground. He received his post on January 25 2007 in replacement to the former chief of the bulldozer Unit Brigadier General Kamil Abu Rokoon, a Druze. Before that, Mordachai was the head of an IDF armored unit operating in Gaza murdering people and destroying their property.
• Brig. Gen. Nitzan Alon, current commander of the IDF in the occupied territories who replaced Noam Tibon, a war criminal who served in Hebron during the Al-Aqsa intifada. Tibon is currently commander of the IDF “Command and Staff College”, an empty title which will never change the truth that he is a war criminal.

The documentation of Israeli crimes under the names of the Israelis perpetrators is very important. These crimes will never be removed from their perpetrators, there is no legal statute of limitations on them and holding meetings in secret or public and “negotiating” in bad faith with the Palestinians or even signing equally empty political agreements and a State of Palestine will not change a thing. The victims of the Israeli occupation will never give up or renounce their rights because of some “results” which affect positively ONLY the institutions of the corrupt PA which represents itself but the majority of Palestinians, and the interest of the Israeli occupation.

On July 29 2010 a raid on Al-Baqa’a valley was carried out by criminal soldiers under the command of Hazut and Nahum while implementing orders from the trio Mizrahi-Mordachai-Alon. The IDF went with the assistance of hired laborers using heavy machinery destroyed 6 dunums of vegetable and agricultural fields belonging to Fadel Badran Jaber and his family. The IDF soldiers shot grenades towards the owners of the land and then invaded their house, terrorized the children and arrested the father.

A child (Khalid), of age five years was seen in a widely seen video screaming and weeping about his fathers arrest by the soldiers, saying “biddi baba, biddi baba – I want my father” and following the soldiers to their jeep while pulling his father back from his t-shirt and crying in a hysterical way. An Israeli thug took the child violently from his arm, carried and separated from him from his father, and left him some meters away of the criminal images of the IDF. The child ran again toward his father and was seen between the military boots of the Mizrahi-Mordachai-Hazut-Nahum soldiers. Bdran Jaber, a political resistant’s fighter from the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine spent 40 years in Israeli jails.

Before that incident, Mizrahi issued a military order targeting several thousand Palestinians who had been born in the Gaza Strip but married with people from the West Bank or who lived with families there after they had been engaged by PA institutions in the West Bank. The new military order enables the IDF troops to deport these Palestinians from the West Bank to Gaza, Jordan, or other neighboring countries or to jail them on charges of being “illegal infiltrators in another country”, that would be in their own homeland Palestine which is occupied by the European and the American zionists since over 62 years after razing their towns and the establishment of “israel” in Palestine by the thieving and terrorist Jewish Agency.

During my documentation of these crimes, I also found that the Israeli criminals Major General Avi Mizrahi, Brig. Gen. Yoav “Polly” Mordechai, Brig. Gen. Nitzan Alon and others are the best friends of the Palestinian security generals who are supposedly building a Palestinian state, defending us and protecting our national rights. I also found that Yuval Diskin, head of the Israeli intelligence system “Shabak”, the organizer of “Operation Cast Lead” in Gaza and who is directly involved in perpetrating war crimes against Palestinians was several times a guest of senior Palestinian officials in Ramallah, Jenin and Egypt.

In May, June and July 2010 Diskin was a guest of the Palestinian general security commanders. He discussed with his counterparts the names of the “wanted” Palestinian, the assassination list. Diskin collects information about the Palestinian resistance, this information is always used by the Israeli death squads to assassinate the listed persons in the Palestinian towns and cities, or by the PA to jail them or to hand them over to Israel. By Diskin standards all Palestinian resistance from Fatah, Hamas, and Jihad are “wanted”. He is spying on everybody in Palestine including the senior officials who he cooperates with.

After Diskin attends meetings in Ramallah it appears in some political resistance blogs that Diskin met with Gen. Tawfik Al-Tirawi, former head of Palestinian intelligence system, director of the military college in Jericho. Diskin raised the issue of Mohammad Dahlan, a traitorous Palestinian from Gaza and a former head of a death squad working for the zoinists. Diskin claimed that Mohammad Dahlan’s life is in a big danger after the murder of Mahmoud Al-Mabhouh in Dubai, and that Israel has informed the European countries (the states where Dahlan mostly travel and holds his secret meetings with the Israelis and Americans) about this issue.

The stinking news of those Israeli war criminals and their meetings with the Palestinian counterparts Bri. Gen. Diab Al-Ali, commander of the national security and Gen. Munir Al-Zuabi, commander of the Abbas Presidential Guard, and them spending 3 days together in Ramallah, Jenin, Qalqilya, and Jericho clarifies what kind of “Palestinian Authority” we have, what kind of “Palestinian State” we are supposed to build, what kind of “Palestinian power” it is which US-EU-Israel is supporting, what kind of Palestinian collaborator military and police it is that Lt. Gen. Keith W Dayton from the USA trained, what kind of “laws and justice” it is that Mr. Michael Schulte-Schrepping, (EUPOL COPPS), Mr. Friedrich Schwindt, head of organized crime within UNMIK Police, Mr. Nicholas Robson, head of the Rule of Law Section of EUPOL COPPS were imposing in March 2010 on the PA system, what kind of lies the Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and his political team are spreading.

It also shows what kind of miserable life the Palestinians live under the Israeli occupation and the Palestinian Authority and clarifies the reasons behind the wholesale incarceration of the Palestinian resistance from Hamas, Fatah, and Jihad. It clarifies what kind of conspiracy and lie we live as Palestinians, what kind of censorship is imposed on our media, words and the freedom of speech and expressions, it clarifies why the PA does not want to make reconciliation with Hamas. It is all because the PA is coordinating and cooperation with the Israeli war criminals.

The majority of the Palestinians do not know or understand to what degree the PA coordinates and cooperates with the Israeli war criminals against the interest of the Palestinians and at the same time is intentionally ignoring the Palestinians reconciliation with Hamas, the largest Palestinian faction and struggle class in the occupied territories and Gaza. Hamas is part of Palestine, and Palestine is part of Hamas and the zionist occupation is ONLY an enemy to all Palestinians. What the Palestinian general El-Ali said during the welcoming speech to Mizrahi-Modachai-Alon: “We have a common enemy! And he will do all he can do until we stop their resistance operations”.

Palestinians are also worried about the continuing reliance of the PA on the European, US and other Western countries for funds and donations, which have turned the Palestinian Authority into a puppet in the hands of these regimes which are the closest allies of Israel. The EU and US financial “support” for the PA is part of a narrow scheme which considers their funds as support for the stability of the Israeli security and relegates the continuous existence of the PA to their total acquiescence to the Israeli occupation. These regimes make a link between their financial support for the Palestinian Authority and their demands that the PA end the Palestinian resistance and arrest militant fighters against the occupation and continue to coordinate with Israel as conditions for their financial “aid”.

The articles below were posted by the IDF spokesperson and Haaretz about the Israeli coordination with PA officials. These sources belong to the zionist state of Israel and it would be better if Palestinian journalists attended these Palestinian-Israeli “security” meetings, at least this could help to clarify the things better than when it appears in the Israeli media. If these meeting were not worrying to the Zionists and the PA, then why are the Palestinian journalists isolated from such events and the Palestinian media censored about such things?

During the visit, the Presidential Guard displayed a number of exercises and operational tactics which demonstrated the challenges faced by Palestinian security forces, especially in the field of close protection and rapid response. The Head of the Civil Administration, Brig. Gen. Yoav (Poly) Mordechai and senior IDF Central Command officers also accompanied the visit. “The relationship between the IDF and the Palestinian security apparatus is very professional and successful in creating the security quiet that protects all sides”, said Maj. Gen. Mizrahi.

Throughout the morning IDF and the Palestinian senior officers discussed ways to continue build the professional dialogue that has developed over the last two years and contribute to the stability of the security in the region. During the visit at the training facilities the Palestinian commanders presented the training grounds, rifle range, physical training course, living quarters and mess hall. Following the visit the entourage visited the Quarantal monastery via cable car much to the amazement of tourists that seemed puzzled at the sight of Israeli and Palestinian officers. During the visit the two sides discussed the possibility of reopening Palestinian cities, including Jericho, throughout the area for access of Israelis, an option that has been unsafe since 2000.

Several weeks ago, Brig. Gen. Nitzan Alon, the IDF’s commander for the West Bank, visited the Ramallah headquarters of Palestinian security forces. He was accompanied by the head of the Civil Administration in the West Bank, Brig. Gen. Yoav Mordechai. Senior IDF officers, including GOC Central Command Maj. Gen. Avi Mizrahi, have also visited the West Bank town of Qalqilyah in the company of Palestinian counterparts.

Palestinian security forces have continued to take measures against Hamas in recent months. Over the past several days there have been a number of arrests of Hamas activists around the West Bank. About three months ago, PA security forces uncovered a major Hamas cell in Nablus, involving close to 40 people, some of them with weapons.

June and July of 2010 - Ramallah turned into a colony for hosting Israeli war criminals. Yuval Diskin, head of the Shabak, held several meetings with PA officials and generals.

August 8, 2010, a meeting was set between Deputy Prime Minister in Jerusalem, Silvan Shalom, Minister of the Palestinian economy, Bassem Khoury.

May 23 2010 – Commander of the Central Command, Major General Avi Mizrahi and head of the Civil Administration, Brig – Gen. Yoav “Polly” Mordechai met yesterday (Sunday) with the leaders of the Palestinian institutions. Another meeting was set on May 21 2009.

Jan. 8 2008 - a meeting was set between the zionist criminals and the PA officials.
Another meeting was held on March 6 2008, and another meeting was held on December 2008.

Earlier, a month ago, Mizrahi and Alon were among the visitors to the PA officials and generals, trained “Kfir” soldiers at the “Tze’elim” military base in Al-Naqab (Negev in Hebrew) in how to invade the cities under Palestinian control. The military exercises were about murdering, capturing and the arresting the PA police and security forces who were trained in Jericho, Jordan by Keith Dayton (an American war criminal) and European countries. “Kfir” is an armored brigade (Tanks, Merkava) staffed by the sons of extremist zionist movements and religious squatters. The unit was founded at the beginnings the 1990s to fight in the Palestinian cities supposedly to be transferred to the control of the PA. On March 6 2010, some “Kfir” squatters in a military jeep murdered a whole family after they drove over them in their jeep on road 60 near Ofra colony. The victims were six civilians, father, mother, and four children of a family. The military exercises were carried out under the division commander Brig. Gen. Ezekiel Aegean.

According to Mizrahi, the “Kfir” soldiers must be prepared for a battle with the Palestinian police and military who “are not the same like the Jenin militants anymore”. “They are proper infantry enemy forces who we will face in the future and we need to take into account that we have to defeat them”. Mizrahi expects a dangerous war with Palestinians whenever the Israeli religious terrorists destroy the Al-Aqsa mosque or the Abraham cave in Hebron. He said: “I don’t think something will happen soon, unless serious incidents happen on the “Temple Mount” (Al-Aqsa mosque) or in the “Cave of the Patriarchs” (the Abraham mosque in Hebron).

Hundreds of US Marines had joined a “Kfir” battalion in training and exercises in the Al-Naqab desert. The exercises were concluded by a horrible invasion in which all the IDF and the American soldiers assaulted the model of a Palestinian village built by the Israelis, which resembles the small Palestinian villages under the Palestinian Authority control.

What is worrying more than the training of the IDF zionists to re-occupy Palestine is the statement of Mizrahi himself, which considers the Al-Aqsa and Abraham mosques as a threat. The statements of Mizrahi are based on a background of knowledge held inside the IDF military and it could be based on available evidence, which he received from the military intelligence.

Whatever the background of Mizrahi statement, it cannot be discounted as merely the usual paranoia of israelis: the Al-Aqsa mosque is in great danger. The bad will displayed by Israel and the IDF preparations for battle against the PA clarifies the demands of Israel for the establishment of a demilitarized Palestinian “state” and their support only for some police stations which could be able to protect the Israeli security and hand them the so-called “wanted” Palestinians.

The meetings between zionists and Palestinians which was held on 15 July at the headquarters of national security in Ramallah, Jenin, Jericho and … were censored and were not mentioned by Palestinian daily newspapers. No mention was made of the exchange of warm kisses between the PA security officials and the Israeli war criminals, and the generous meal, drink and the lamb meat which they shared during the “friendly spying cooperation mission”, and the political arrest of Palestinian activists which took place after the joint Israeli-Palestinian meeting, the military exercises which were rehearsed by the PA troops before the war criminals, are all applied by the PA national security during their raids and arrests of the leaders of Hamas and Islamic Jihad, ALL shows that the PA security system and institutions are infiltrated by zionists and Americans. They are a copy of the Israeli occupation, they show the so-called peace negotiation as a farce which serves the interests of the Israel security and violates our national rights of building an independence state and ending the occupation.

These meeting also prove that all the PA talk about politics is just a heap of lies aimed at us Palestinians in order to create a state of frustration which could justify accepting their shameful sham “negotiations” with the zionists and renouncing our national rights.

Israeli Soldier Burns Palestinian Teacher With Cigarette

Say and repeat: “Yasser Arafat is a son of a bitch”. The israeli soldier from the so-called “border police” insisted that a Palestinian teacher from Hebron should say that. The Palestinian teacher was caught and harassed by the IDF soldier while he was on his way back home. The teacher refused the order of the IDF. He did not repeat the sentence which the IDF thug insisted that he must say. Why should the Palestinian do that? The IDF order is illegal. Absolutely, it is a nazi humiliation. But such orders are normal, business as usual, under the grave crimes of the Israeli occupation in Palestine.

The criminal IDF thug applied the burning end of his cigarette to the teacher’s chest. The lit cigarette burned two holes in the teacher’s shirt and left a scar on his chest.

This crime was not perpetrated by fascists or nazi soldiers, and the victim was not one of the privileged jews in EU. The crime was perpetrated on April 8 2010 by a nazi IDF jew. The victim was a civil Palestinian teacher who lives in his Hebron. The IDF military commander of Hebron is the war criminal Lt. Col. Udi ben Muha, or “Udi ben Moha”, who in the past contributed to the ethnic cleansing of the north of Gaza and along the Palestinian-Egyptian border, and he has also implemented other measures which correspond to the definition of genocide and crimes against humanity in the Geneva conventions. Under such a criminal, any soldier feels encouraged to perpetrate crimes.

This crime was not the first or the last crime under the criminal regime of the Israeli occupation in Palestine. This crime is part of the daily Palestinian life under the Zionist jewish occupation. The occurrence of such crimes is every day and hour in the city of Hebron, and in all the Palestinian cities, towns and at the so-called military checkpoints in the West Bank. The crime of burning a Palestinian youth with a cigarette or forcing them to drink the urine of the IDF soldiers and forcing them to repeat their antisocial, immoral phrases is part of the zionist occupation regime which is aimed at forcing the Palestinian citizens to leave their homes in the heart of the city of Hebron in West Bank.

This kind of crime repeatedly happened under the former IDF military commander like Gadi Shamni, Baruch Najjar, Yigal Sharon, Dror Weinberg, Baruch Goldstein, Amnon Cohen, Yehuda Fuchs, Noam Tibon, and other leaders of the IDF commanders, and under the current criminal IDF commanders Udi ben Moha and Aviv Feigel.

One of the most terrible stories of abusive treatment was the incident involving about 24 Palestinian youths who had violated the curfew in Hebron and received their punishment from the hands of the Israseli border Police unit called “Shmark Fuhl”. The soldiers had cursed the youth, spit on them, beaten them, and forced them to sing humiliating ditties: “Hoto Al-hummous al Al-Fuhl, ana baheb abos teez le shmark fuhl”, which translates into English as “put humous on bean, I love to kiss the border police buttocks”. The border police brought their Palestinian prisoners bottles filled with urine to drink, and everybody was forced to sing and drink. According the Christian Peacemaker Team member Ms. Paulette Schroeder: “Every day teachers and students from many schools in the Hebron area must pass through several checkpoints on their way to and from school. These checkpoints most often cause problems for a number of teenage male students and at unpredictable times for teachers and younger students. Detentions of these students and teachers at the checkpoints cause loss of school time and a disruption in the classes when the students or teachers are late.”

“CPT received a very disturbing report from one of the teachers on April 6. While this teacher was returning through the checkpoint back to his home, an Israeli Border Policeman (military soldier) stopped him at the Ibrahimi Mosque checkpoint and insisted that he repeat the phrase: “Yasser Arafat is a son of a bitch.” The teacher refused this order so the policeman applied his burning cigarette end to the teacher’s chest. The lit cigarette burned two holes (see photo attached) in the teacher’s shirt and left a scar on his chest.”

After twenty more minutes of detention, the policeman released the man.

Without preconditions, the Israeli central command Gadi Shamni is demanded to return the stolen 30 dollar which one of the coward thieves under his command stole from the wallet ofRu’a Osama Al-Ayasa, the daughter of my colleague Osama Al-Ayasa.

On August 15 2008, Gadi Shamni sent a heavily armed military contingent consisting of an estimated 200 soldiers, among themofficers and special forces, to the house of my colleague to snatch his child Basil, who had just turned 15 years. The coward criminals opened the wallet of Ru’a, a student at the Al-Quds Open University, and stole her personal pocket money, the equivalent of about 30 dollars. This is a clear case of looting, a crime of war, even if it was one dollar. Shamni is demanded to release Basil, the child of my colleague, who is incarcerated since over one year without charges simply because his father is a journalist, to return the stolen money, and to pay ample damages for the kidnapping of their child and for the rampage of vandalism of his soldiers in the house of the Al-Ayasa family.

Osama Al-Ayasa is a journalist, a blogger and a writer about the history and geography of the Palestinian Holy Land. He is also an author of 12 books, among them “The Story of the Assassinations of the Leaders of al-Aqsa Intifada”, “The Story of the Discovery of the Dead Sea Scrolls”, “Shadow on the Ground”, “Titles of Muslim Rulers in Jerusalem”.

The Al-Ayasa family lives in the Al-Deheisheh refugee camp, which was established in 1949 by the United Nation Relief Work Agency UNRWA about 3 Km south of Bethlehem, to the left side of the main street between Bethlehem and Hebron.

The Central Command “GOC” is a regional command of the Israeli units of war criminals in the West Bank, the so-called “the occupied territories”. Vandalism in the House of the Al-Ayasa family

In the words of my colleague Osama Al-Ayasa, “on August 15 2008, a heavily armed military unit , an estimated 200 soldiers according to the PA statistic, surrounded and raided my house in the Al-Deheishe refugee camp looking for my child Basil, who had just turned fifteen, and who was not at home at the moment of the raid. The IDF units were with painted with camouflage color on their faces. They smashed everything inside my house, and stole the personal pocket money, about 30 dollars, from the wallet of my daughter Ru’a, who is a student at the University of Jerusalem.

Later an intelligence officer, his a code name “Lawrence” or “Loranz” (aninvented name as is usual for the IDF), handed me two letters to review the occupation intelligence in the colony Etzion. I was obliged to stand in front “Loranz” outside my house during the vandalism of the IDF. Many IDF surrounded me and pointed their rifles at my face. The IDF were everywhere around the house, in the street and on the roofs of my neighbors houses. I heard the noise of breaking everything inside my house”.

• Why all of this? asked Osama. “How did a child of age 15, a swimming champion, and lover of sports become wanted by the most powerful country in the Middle East, rather than be studying at school?”
• What future awaits a child at the age of 15? A child who witnessed the murder of one of his little friends by the Israelis occupation just earlier that year?
• What should a child do? To wait another 60 years of life living as a refugee, far away from his village, and surrounded by the worst kind of apartheid in the history of mankind?
• Will we continue being a listeners to the play of Fatah, Hamas, the Palestinian Authority, Abu Mazen, Dahgmash, Halass, and the uncounted other names which raise each moment as leaders of a group or party or .?

“On August 18 2009, I took my child Basil and went to meet the Israeli intelligence. I know my child, he is not involved in anything. He is just fond of swimming and sports. Are these hobbies incriminating? I went with Basil and I returned without him. He was arrested during the intelligence review of the colony Etzion. My little child was transferred to a prison compound where he was tortured severely”.

Yesterday I sent an E-mail to the IDF asking them to give back the stolen money from Osama Al-Ayasah’s house. I sent a copy of this e-mail to the ICC, and Human Rights Commission at the UN.

Subject: The IDF looted 30 dollar

Hello IDF,

I was informed by the Palestinian Journalist Osama Al-Ayasa from Al-Dheishe Refugee Camp south of Bethlehem, that IDF soldiers invaded his house on August 15 2008.

The IDF personnel were headed by an officer called “Loranc” or “Lorenz”, an invented name as is usual for the IDF, since your accomplices always change their name during the criminal raid operations in the occupied territories.

During the raid in question, about 200 IDF personnel were looking for the son of 15 years of my colleague, Basil. During their invasion of the house of Osama Al-Ayasa, the IDF vandalized and destroyed everything inside the house, among the damage they stole the equivalent of 30 dollars from the wallet of his daughter.

The accusation of Osama Al-Ayasa is 100% believable, as the described behaviour is the usual comportment of the Israelis present on Palestinian territory. Al-Ayasa is a journalist, a colleague and books author. According to international treaties and laws signed by Israel, this activity constitutes looting, and it happened in the context of the campaign of genocide and ethnic cleansing of Israel and other zionist organizations against the Palestinian people.

I ask that the office Central Command of Gadi Shamni to pay back the equivalent of 30 dollar back to the daughter of my colleague until September 25 2009. Equally I ask the GOC to release the Basil Al-Ayasa, the son of my colleague. His incarceration constitutes persecution on racial and political grounds.

After the 25 September 2009 I intend to escalate the issue via legal avenues. IDF members must assume that this can lead to unpleasant personal consequences.

The Lawyers

“On May 4 2009, my son was sentenced to 28 months”, said Osama angrily. “There was no legitimate accusation against my child”. The IDF persecutors accused Basil of several charges, among them of belonging to the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine and of and resistance against the occupation. Frankly there were no real charges , no accusations. Just being a child and not being corrupted like the PA”.

Osama added that, while attending the court sessions in the Ofer detention camp, “I saw and experienced all kinds of humiliation which the families of prisoners suffer at the hands of the mafia of the Palestinian “lawyers”, who use children in an reproachable and shameful way”.

Osama Said: “We are facing a new kind of lawyers who have no qualifications as lawyers are supposed to have, such as a degree in the science of practice of law. What these “lawyers” are doing today is cutting deals with IDF criminal prosecutors, and there, often with no study of the prisoners files or any interest in a real trial or judgment, most of times they do not even go to court”.

Currently the prisoners are assigned a “lawyer” appointed by the ministry ofprisoners or the Palestinian Prisoners Club. These so-called “lawyers” most of times do not take the prisoners issue seriously. These “lawyers” most of times do not attend the court sessions of their supposed clients. They treat the families of the prisoners like traders of bags, and if the prisoner’s families want to “change the rules of the game” and give the issue of their incarcerated relative the right attention which it deserves, then these lawyers require them to pay an additional sum of money, over and beyond from what is received from the ministry or the club. In general the families of the prisoners are abused by these “lawyers”, and the incarcerated victims must pay the price of that with some more years incarcerated at an Israeli jail”.

Osama said that “for political reasons” he is not allowed to meet or to see his child at jail regularly. He is allowed a short visit once each five months.

Basil was transferred to Rimonim prison, located in the territories occupied in1948. The location was called Khirbat Azzun or Tabasor, and now the Israelis call it Ra’anana after they flattened those towns. At Rimonim prison children prisoners do not enjoy the same former “rights” like at other jails. They are denied the access to electrical equipment for making tea and cooking, the children incarcerated there are also denied to get out of their cells for a break. Furthermore, the children are denied the right to continue their school, as lessons or learning anything is denied to these children. This is the so-called children jail. Did the Nazis have jails like that?

The Israeli methods of kidnapping family members, ransacking the homes of dissidents, as well as using kangaroo courts populated with psychopathic buffoons against regime critics was typical for the regime of the Soviet Union, whose internal and external policies were determined by zionist jews. In the same way, to this day these are methods employed by all fascist regimes which are clients or vassals of the USA, another country whose internal and external policies are determined by zionist jews.

The rather rhetoric question is, in which measure is the PA colluding and conspiring with the occupation to deny the victims of the occupation access to justice?

On Thursday Sep. 10 2009, GOC Central Command Gadi Shamni said during the mock trial of First Lt. Adam Malul of the Kfir gang, one of the IDF criminals who smashed, tortured, and hit a Palestinian victim while he was under arrest, which was held for the media, that “the IDF soldiers were not authorized to attack Palestinian civilians during arrest raids, adding that those who cross the army’s ‘red lines’ must be put to trial”. “Click on Pictures to see them bigger“.

The felonious Adam Malul commented on what Gadi Shamni, saying: “the GOC Gadi Shamni is trying to pretty the picture; in fact he knows what’s going on the ground, but he chooses to stay in his ivory tower and keep his face clean. I am not ashamed of smacking the Palestinian; it was what I had to do. My commanders on the ground, my company commander, battalion commander, and brigade commander backed me up, and I did what I was taught by my superiors”. He added: “in the territories. There are those that get dirty every day to defend the State’s security”.

On 29 July 2009, the Israeli military war criminal Central Command Chief Major General Gadi Shamni issued Military Order 1644 related to so-called “juveniles”. The order is a violation of the Fourth Geneva and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, which Israel itself had signed. The order is further a grave crime against humanity, as it implements the stance often expressed by representatives of the “state of Israel”, according to which Palestinians have no human rights, what implies that we are not humans.

Shamni concludes his criminal military order by referring to paragraphs which clearly show bad faith, and the bad intentions of Shamni towards the Palestinian children detainees, as it is clearly intended by the Central Command GOC to circumvent the international laws and treaties related to children, and to “legalize” current criminal practices of Israel. • Instructions of this order do not apply to cases in which the list of charges were made prior to the entry of this order into force. He means the 342 children who are currently incarcerated.
• The order enters into force sixty days from the date of issuance, and expires one year later. This means during this time, the troops of Shamni will catch some hundreds of Palestinian children among the peace protesters who throw stones at the Apartheid wall, and that they will be “found guilty” by military judges acting under Order 1644/2009 amendment number (109) issued by Shamni. It does not mean that less children are shot, murdered, tortured, abused or incarcerated – it just means that now these crimes are legalized.

Has anyone heard of any country in the world where children are torture and incarcerated because of throwing stones at the concrete walls of the concentration camp where they live?

Has anyone heard that a state establish a military court to submit oppressed children to “trials”, because these children dared to express their anger over the violation of their rights by throwing stones at the concrete walls of the concentration camp in which they live?

Has anyone heard about any state which claims that the establishment of a military court was in response to the terms of international conventions on children rights?

Since when do the rights of children call for the establishment of military courts to more effectively prosecute them?

Since when have concrete walls needed armies and military courts to defend them?

This farce and the sanctimonious resolutions and crimes against humanity are taking place only in the zionist “state” called Israel. If this happened in any other country in the world, then the so-called, self-nominated democratic governments would issued a formal and explicit condemnation against that country. But rarely, if ever, do these countries issue such condemnations against Israel, which are governed by war criminals, and psychopath military leaders.

Dozens of journalists from Israeli newspapers reported about this military order issued by the IDF Central Command GOC, the war criminal Gadi Shamni, as an achievement. If these wannabe-journalists had read the order issued by the Shamni, resolution 1644 on the establishment of a military court for “juveniles”, actually for Palestinian children, they would understand that the military order of Shamni is not only a crime against children, but against humanity, and against the present of Israel.

People acting as judges in these so-called military court for juveniles would be war criminals themselves. These “judges” of military courts are responsible for incarcerating thousands of Palestinian children during the past 42 years.

Currently there are 342 children incarcerated by these psychopaths among criminals, drugs dealers, sexual perverts, and these children are all subject to continuous sessions of torture to force them to become collaborators with the IDF military intelligence.

Shamni himself is directly responsible for the murders of 975 children by snipers over the past years and the currently incarcerated 342 Palestinian children in his jails. Before that, while Shamni was a colonel and the military commander of Hebron in the years between 1995 – 1997, he himself was involved in terrorizing, sniping and incarcerating many Palestinian children as well as adults, looting Palestinian agricultural lands, vandalizing Palestinian property lands and opening road for the jewish squatters.

Major General Gadi Shamni, the current IDF Central Command GOC, was the military occupation commander in my homeland, the city of Hebron. I know him in person. I know that he participated in and committed crimes against humanity and crimes of war against the civilian populations of Hebron, which all together amount to ethnic cleansing and genocide.

One of the most horrible military operations which Gadi Shamni lead in Hebron was with the “mistaravim” (“those who look like Arabs”), IDF paramilitary death squads, after the Hebron redeployment in 1997. These units wear civilian clothes and they hide their weapons under their long shirts. These units are manned with Druze soldiers who look like Palestinians, so that normal people going about their business are not aware of their presence. In one operation which I witnessed, which took place at the end of July 1997, Shamni sent these death squad units into the middle of Al-Shalala street in the (in name) Palestinian controlled area. It was later said that the undercover soldiers who took part in this incident were from the Duvdevan unit. The mission of these death squads was to catch and kill some children, young boys from the area under the purported control of the Palestinian Authority, and that is what they did.

Shamni himself was leading the mission. He was in the middle of the separation area in Al-Shalala Street, near the Al-Ja’abari pharmacy. His plan was to let his troops stationed on the rooftop of the Al-Said building in the same street throw an Israeli flag in the middle of the Palestinians going about their personal business, just for provocation. His death squads were ready to shoot, murder and arrest anyone. When the youths in the area started stepping on and burning the flag, the “mistaravim” started arresting these children and shooting in the middle of crowded street. A boy of age 9 in the crowd was killed next to me, and I was nearly shot. I witnessed several people in the crowd, some with bullet wounds, being dragged on the ground like sacks by the death squads to where Gadi had set up his command post. I remember being very scared and angry.

I went to the area where Colonel Gadi Shamni was standing and smiling of happiness after this incident. I told him in angry voice that what he had done to catch some children aged under 15 years was a disgusting bloody game. Gadi did not pay attention to my words, he just continued smiling and expressing his “victories” of having snatched some children, of shooting and the terrorizing innocent people in the street.

In the words of the lawyer of the Defence of Children International “DCI” human rights organization, Khalid Quzmar:

DCI-Palestine is of the view that children should not be tried in military courts with minimal fair trial guarantees and has a number of particular concerns regarding Military Order 1644 and the treatment of Palestinian children in the Israeli military legal system. DCI-Palestine’s concerns include the following:

Palestinian children are still being interrogated in the absence of a lawyer or family member. The overwhelming majority of these children report being mistreated and forced into providing confessions during interrogation. These interrogations are still not being video recorded, as recommended by the UN Committee Against Torture in May 2009.

Children as young as 12 can still be tried in the military courts, and are treated as adults as soon as they turn 16. This is in contrast to the Israeli domestic legal system that fixes the age of majority at 18, in accordance with generally accepted comparable principles of juvenile justice.

Military Order 1644 provides for the appointment of ‘juvenile judges’ by the Military Court of Appeal. These ‘juvenile judges’ are themselves, military court judges who ‘must be prepared to be competent for the post’. No further information is provided to shed light on how it is anticipated these military court judges are suitably qualified to adjudicate cases involving 12 year old children.

Military Order 1644 exempts all hearings to determine whether a child should be kept in pre-trial detention until the end of the legal proceedings from the requirement of having to be heard before a ‘juvenile judge’.

Much of the language used in Military Order 1644 is discretionary in nature, not mandatory. For example, the ‘juvenile military court’ must convene in separate rooms ‘as much as possible’ and children must not be brought to the court, or detained with adults, ‘as much as possible.’

It must be recalled that over 700 Palestinian children are prosecuted in Israeli military courts each year and the most common charge is throwing stones, including throwing stones at the Wall. The changes proposed by Military Order 1644 appear to lack substance.

As a minimum safeguard, DCI-Palestine continues to call upon the Israeli authorities to:

Ensure that no child is interrogated in the absence of a lawyer of their choice or family member;

Ensure that all interrogations of children are video recorded;

Ensure that all evidence suspected of being obtained through ill-treatment or torture be rejected by the military courts;
Ensure that all credible allegations of ill-treatment and torture be thoroughly and impartially investigated and those found responsible for such abuse be brought to justice.
