The Truth of God and Our Lord Jesus Christ

Special Palestine Cry Blog articles: The Catholic Creed: The meaning of the Pasch of Christians.

JESUS CHRIST IS THE ONLY WAY AND TRUTH AND LIFE - NO ONE COMES TO THE FATHER EXCEPT BY HIM.

For as it was not possible that the man who had once for all been conquered, and who had been destroyed through disobedience, could reform himself, and obtain the prize of victory; and as it was also impossible that he could attain to salvation who had fallen under the power of sin,-the Son effected both these things, being the Word of God, descending from the Father, becoming incarnate, stooping low, even to death, and consummating the arranged plan of our salvation, upon whom [Paul], exhorting us unhesitatingly to believe, again says, "Who shall ascend into heaven? that is, to bring down Christ; or who shall descend into the deep? that is, to liberate Christ again from the dead." Then he continues, "If thou shall confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shall be saved." And he renders the reason why the Son of God did these things, saying, "For to this end Christ both lived, and died, and revived, that He might rule over the living and the dead." And again, writing to the Corinthians, he declares, "But we preach Christ Jesus crucified; "and adds, "The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not the communion of the blood of Christ? " - St. Irenaeus, Against Heresies, Book III, Chapter XVIII, Section 2.

The Crucifixion of the Lord Jesus Christ, Mary and John and the women at the foot of the Cross

Matthew 27:45 Now from the sixth hour, there was darkness over all the earth, until the ninth hour.

Origen tell us this darkness was only in Palestine, and the neighbouring countries: for as to the words, over the whole earth, or over the whole land, we find one kingdom or empire, by a common way of speaking, called the whole earth, or the whole world. As to the cause of the obscuration of the sun; and secondly, as to the extent of its darkness. Origen tells us that the darkness was partial, and confined to Judea and the neighbouring countries, as the darkness of Egypt was only perceived in that country, and not in Gessen, where the children of Israel were. Saint Jerome tells us that the obscurity was caused by the rays of the sun being suddenly withdrawn by divine power, as was the case in Egypt. The darkness in Egypt during the Passover of Moses was due to God's protection withdrawn from that land at that time. The darkness when Christ was Crucified for us is the judgement of God upon His Son Jesus Christ, in our place. For Jesus Christ knew NO sin. He never sinned, nor could He ever.

The meaning of the Pasch of Christians.

The Book of Wisdom, Chapter 17, describes the devils and demons thrown back upon the Egyptians when the Israelites under Moses were brought out of Egypt by God for God’s purposes (to prepare a place for the Crucifixion of Our Lord for the Redemption of the whole world of those who are saved). In the same way the same false gods and goddesses that the Egyptians served and which in so doing were the reason the Egyptians sacrificed their sons and daughters to the devils and demons behind the false gods/goddesses were the spirits that killed the Egyptian children that perished when the Israelites were brought out of Egypt. God does not murder children, period. The angel of death which destroyed in Egypt was one of the fallen spirits. God did not cause any of the fallen spirits to hurt anyone. God allowed the fallen spirits to do what it is their nature do to when He brought the Israelites out of the gates of hell which was Egypt. The children below the age of reason that died went to be with God for eternity, they will be resurrected with the just at the Second Coming of Christ. This principle of God allowing the innocent to be afflicted along with guilty finds its ultimate fulfillment in Christ’s singular and only salvific Kenosis. Jesus Christ committed no sin, not ever nor could He, and was and is and only could be utterly and absolutely and completely innocent of any and all wrongdoing and sin by His very nature as the Holy and True God. The guiltless sacrificed by His own will for the guilty. Even when the innocent are afflicted by the actions and evils instigated by the fallen spirits in the world, the innocent are not possessed by those fallen spirits. The principle of all being afflicted by the evil set loose upon the world for its unrepentant sin will occur when the universal plagues are let loose upon the world. See Apocalypse 16

The principle of our always, for our part, protecting children is given us by Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ in the Gospel of Matthew, Chapter 18

1 At *that hour the disciples came to Jesus, saying: Who, thinkest thou, is the greater in the kingdom of heaven?

2 *And Jesus calling unto him a little child, set him in the midst of them,

3 And said: Amen I say unto you, *unless you be converted, and become as little children, you shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.

4 Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, he is the greater in the kingdom of heaven.

5 And he that shall receive one such little child in my name, receiveth me.

10 Take heed that you despise not one of these little ones: for I say to you, *that their angels in heaven always see the face of my Father who is in heaven.

The principle of our ONLY worshipping the True God, the Father and the Son Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit is given first in the historical truth of the Garden of Eden when Christ, who is the Tree of Life commands the first man and his wife, Adam and Eve to not have anything to do with the tree of the knowledge of good and evil which is Satan, the first fallen angel, nor with any of the fallen angels with Satan. Assisi of Babylon/Vatican/Rome is absolute and complete violation of that principle and is the Great Apostasy in full blown Satanic evil. Have nothing to do with the Vatican or suffer its eternal damnation in hell with it. The devil and demon worshipping pagans and the perfidious deicidal Jews are not ever any part of the Salvific action of Christ upon Golgotha/Calvary. Individual pagans and Jews if they repent of their not confessing Jesus Christ as the Immortal Son of God become flesh for our sake and sacrificed for our salvation and who confess publicly their sin of devil and demon worshipping and perfidy and deicide and who beg the Lord of all, the Lord God, the Father and the Son Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit for forgiveness of their horrid and abominable sins, can and will be forgiven if they do so now in this life and will enter into the only path of salvation there is as dictated by God Himself. The Church, all the faithful – there is no other meaning acceptable to God for the word Church, is commanded by God to not have anything to do with the Apostasy.

Book of Wisdom, Chapter 17

1 For thy judgments, O Lord, are great, and thy words cannot be expressed: therefore undisciplined souls have erred.

2 For while the wicked thought to be able to have dominion over the holy nation, they themselves being fettered with the bonds of darkness, and a long night, shut up in their houses, lay there exiled from the eternal providence.

3 And while they thought to lie hid in their obscure sins, they were scattered under a dark veil of forgetfulness, being horribly afraid and troubled with exceeding great astonishment.

4 For neither did the den that held them, keep them from fear: for noises coming down troubled them, and sad visions appearing to them, affrighted them.

5 And no power of fire could give them light, neither could the bright flames of the stars enlighten that horrible night.

6 But there appeared to them a sudden fire, very dreadful: and being struck with the fear of that face, which was not seen, they thought the things which they saw to be worse:

7 And the delusions of their magic art were put down, and their boasting of wisdom was reproachfully rebuked.

8 For they who promised to drive away fears and troubles from a sick soul, were sick themselves of a fear worthy to be laughed at.

9 For though no terrible thing disturbed them: yet being scared with the passing by of beasts, and hissing of serpents, they died for fear: and denying that they saw the air, which could by no means be avoided.

10 For whereas wickedness is fearful, it beareth witness of its condemnation: for a troubled conscience always forecasteth grievous things.

11 For fear is nothing else but a yielding up of the succours from thought.

12 And while there is less expectation from within, the greater doth it count the ignorance of that cause which bringeth the torment.

13 But they that during that night, in which nothing could be done, and which came upon them from the lowest and deepest hell, slept the same sleep.

14 Were sometimes molested with the fear of monsters, sometimes fainted away, their soul failing them: for a sudden and unlooked for fear was come upon them.

15 Moreover if any of them had fallen down, he was kept shut up in prison without irons.

16 For if any one were a husbandman, or a shepherd, or a labourer in the field, and was suddenly overtaken, he endured a necessity from which he could not fly.

17 For they were all bound together with one chain of darkness. Whether it were a whistling wind, or the melodious voice of birds, among the spreading branches of trees, or a fall of water running down with violence,

18 Or the mighty noise of stones tumbling down, or the running that could not be seen of beasts playing together, or the roaring voice of wild beasts, or a rebounding echo from the highest mountains: these things made them to swoon for fear.

19 For the whole world was enlightened with a clear light, and none were hindered in their labours.

20 But over them only was spread a heavy night, an image of that darkness which was to come upon them. But they were to themselves more grievous than the darkness.

Rewards to Those Who Forge UK Passports

March 2010 – Yesterday the British government discussed the possibility of amending

some laws in order to help protect Israeli war criminals, whose government forged British passports and used them to carry out the murder of a civilian in another country, Dubai, which country has diplomatic relations with Britain. The government is prepared to launch a proposal for amendments to the current law and pertaining to arrest of suspects in war crimes, in order to ensure that any Israeli official would not be subjected to arrest or detention during any of their visits to the United Kingdom. The ruling Labor Party members were notified that the amendments will be sent, today, to the “selected Justice Commission” and the government will start procedures to transform it into legislation after consultation with the Committee.

The discussion of the British government for amendments to their current law is a scandal and a disgraceful affront to the British justice system; especially as it comes some weeks after the Israeli (Mossad) death squad used fake British passports in the murder of Mohammad al-Mabhouh – a leader of Hamas in Dubai.

[use Open Image in New Window on pictures to see enlarged in full]

The British government’s move comes after Prime Minister Gordon Brown promised the Israeli war criminals that he would change his country’s laws in order to protect the Israeli war criminal “officials” during their visits to the UK, and to prevent other, ostensibly the politically-motivated campaign groups, from securing arrest warrants against them. Brown’s promises came after a British court issued an arrest warrant against Tzipi Livni, the leader of Israeli opposition party “Kadima” in December 2009. Livni is involved in the planning of the war crimes of the so-called “Operation Cast Lead” – launched by the Israeli occupation and which lasted 22 days in the Gaza Strip at the end of 2008. The issuance of the arrest warrant forced Livni to cancel her visit and to escape the UK in the dark of night, like the criminal which she is, for fear of arrest.

Israeli Perpetrates War Crimes in Gaza

Israeli Perpetrates War Crimes in Gaza

On PRC Conference: Professor Norman Finkelstein, accused Israeli of perpetrating war 000_7299crimes in the Gaza strip through the ongoing siege and January war. His accusation came within an International Conference titled, “UNRWA and Future of Palestinian Refugees”, organized in London. Finkelstein started his speech by placing it in context with the one year commemoration of the siege on Gaza. The causes and effects of this siege are now coming to light, both in the Goldstone Report and in the recent arrest warrant issued by the UK for Tzipi Livni, who stated that she was “proud of everything she had done in Gaza”.

Briefly assessing the history to the siege, Finkelstein noted that the ceasefire that was agreed between Israel and Hamas June 2008 was broken by Israel, not Hamas: whilst Hamas stopped its rocket attacks, Israel did not lift its illegal blockade on Gaza and launched a night raid on Gaza, whilst the eyes of the worlds were watching 4th November 2008 US elections. 6 Hamas militants were killed, provoking Hamas to respond, which it did by resuming rocket attacks. Finkelstein emphasized that this is not violence so much as symbolic resistance.

He quoted one Palestinian who referred to the rocket attacks as “Modest home made rockets are a cry of protest to the world”. In particular, Finkelstein commented that if we are going to condemn Hamas for these rocket attacks, we must suggest how else they should resist the pressure placed on them by persistent Israeli attacks, subjugation and persistent blockades that drain the small area of land. If we cannot provide an alternative, we cannot criticize.

Discussing the siege on Gaza in detail, Finkelstein emphasized the disproportionate nature of the Israeli attacks. The ratios of death and destruction are striking: 100 Palestinians were killed to 1 Israeli; 600 Palestinian civilians were killed to 1 Israeli; and 6000 Palestinian homes were destroyed to 1 Israeli home. On this basis, the siege cannot be called a war as a minimum condition of war is that there are at least two sides firing at each other. Israeli soldiers themselves have stated that Israel used ‘insane amounts of
firepower’.

Israel’s claims that the extent of devastation and death was due to Hamas using human shields and purposely positioning themselves in dense civilian areas has been undermined by reports by Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International, the Dugard Committee and the Goldstone Report which have found no evidence to support this claim.

The Goldstone Report stated that the siege was a “Deliberately disproportionate attack designed to punish, humiliate and terrorize a civilian population”. As a self-confessed Zionist and a supporter of Israel, Finkelstein notes that we can only assume that Goldstone would have no interest in criticizing Israel unnecessarily. We must assume
therefore that what Goldstone has reported is an accurate reflection of abuse and apportionment of responsibility for what happened in Gaza. The Goldstone Report, which for this very reason has attracted such attention, has, for the first time, put the assessment of human rights abuses first in this conflict, rather than the attention being persistently focussed on the ‘peace process’. The truth about the ongoing human rights abuses committed by Israelis against Palestinians must be at the forefront of our minds as we move forward.

The UN Must End Israel War Crimes

The UN Must End Israel War Crimes

000_8471aFollowing the activities of the “Annual Observance of the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People” which was held on December 1 2009 at the UN center in Vienna in which Mr. Antonio Maria Costa, the UNOV General-Director, left the room after about 20 minutes and before listening to the speech of the Palestinian representative, the statement of International Progress Organization on behalf of the network of NGOs, the League of Arab States on behalf of Mr. Amr Mousa, the Non-Aligned Movement, the Organizations of the Islamic Conference (OIC).

The Israeli war crimes took the first place in the words of all the speakers. Mr. Amr Mousa called on the need of the UN and its official institutions, to carry their legal responsibilities and duties towards the war crimes committed by Israeli occupation forces against the Palestinian civilians.

[larger pictures click on to see them in full]

He said: “ War crimes committed by the Israeli occupying forces against Palestinian civilians should not go unaccounted for or unpunished, because they are a flagrant violation of the existing legal norms, treaties and international agreements. The United Nations and it’s specialized agencies are urged to exercise their legal responsibilities with regard to these crimes and their perpetrators.

Mr. Fritz Edlinger said: I think it’s time that the International Community accepts 2009_02_20 1044athis lesson of almost two decades more or less of useless negotiations and put much more pressure on Israel in order to fulfill obligations. As I mentioned before, equal and fair negotiations between the occupier and the victim of the occupation area contradiction per se. It is about time that especially the UN, but also Europe accept this experience. I think it’s time to go back to more international approach. The frustrating and endless bilateral negotiations should at least be complemented by an International Peace Conference under the shared responsibility of the members of the Quartet.

Here are some paragraphs from the statement of Mr. Amr Mousa, which was read by Amb. Dr. Mikhail Wehbe, and under it some paragraphs of the statement of Mr. Fritz Edlinger, Secretary General of SAAR on behalf of the IPO.

Paragraphs From the Speech of Mr. Amr Mousa

Ladies and Gentlemen,

This year the annual commemoration of International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian people takes place at a time when the Palestinian people continues to be deprived of its legitimate national rights, and to endure the continued Israeli occupation of it’s territory.

The Israeli military aggression and the siege of the Gaza Strip has brought a serious deterioration of the socio-economic and environmental situation and affects the health and daily life of the Palestinian people.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

The war crimes committed by the Israeli occupying forces against Palestinian civilians Amr Mousashould not go unaccounted for or unpunished, because they are a flagrant violation of the existing legal norms, treaties and international agreements. The United Nations and it’s specialized agencies are urged to exercise their legal responsibilities with regard to these crimes and their perpetrators.
The report of all investigative missions and international organizations working in the field of Human Rights, especially the Goldstone report of the Human Rights Councils fact-finding mission, the report of the Independent International Commission of Inquiry set up by the League of Arab States and headed by John Dugard, as well as the report of the UN Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the occupied Palestinian territories which has recently been submitted to the General Assembly of the United Nations, confirmed the war crimes committed under the Israeli occupation.

000_8569

They also documented Israel’s targeting of Palestinian civilians used as human shields and the use of internationally banned weapons.
The reports included testimonials and factual information about violations by the Israeli army of the Fourth Geneva Convention, in particular targeting of civilians and destruction of civilian religious, health and education facilities.

000_8613

Mr. Amr Mousa said that the Arabs are unanimous in upholding the Arab Peace Initiative and in supporting international efforts towards the two-stats solution. This, in addition to backing the notion of a fair and comprehensive settlement of the Arab-Israeli conflict, based on all relevant international resolutions and of a peace process conducted within the agreed upon frame of reference.

Mr. Amr Mousa expressed his deep concern over the recent step back taken by the U.S administration on the issue of Israeli settlement which are a serious obstacle to a just and comprehensive peace in the region.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Israel’s arrogant disregard for international law, including human rights law, is due to the protection and immunity it enjoys. This injustice has still not been remedied because in Security Council has been prevented from dealing with the situation in the occupied territories.

Mr. Amr Mousa said that Israel’s attitude puts us face to face our 000_8540humanitarian, legal and political responsibilities. We must take all necessary steps to ensure that any future negotiations shall be serious and based on precise obligations, backed with guarantees that Israeli will not resort to its usual stalling tactics in order to prolong the occupation and change the situation on the ground in the occupied territories, ultimately making it impossible to establish a Palestinian State.

A complete halt to settlement activities in the occupied Palestinian territories, including Easy Jerusalem, and end to the unjust blockade of the Gaza Strip, the opening of the crossing points and of a humanitarian corridor to cater to the needs of the population and permit the reconstruction of Gaza are the essential points to be addressed in any meaningful and effective negotiations. Failing that, the situation will remain volatile and the region sitting on a powder keg.

000_8680The speech of Amr Mous ended by saying that the League of Arab States calls for adherence to the standards and principles which the international community enshrined in the United Nations Charter then reiterated in all resolutions relevant to the question of Palestinian and the Arab-Israeli Conflict and this, away from unbalanced politics and double standards.

The Arab League reaffirms once again that what it seeks is a genuine peace which would restore to the rightful owners their land and their right. So as to usher in a new era in the Middle East as a whole.

Paragraphs From the Speech of Mr. Fritz Edlinger

I would like to start my speech by sharing a couple of experiences I gained over the last week.

Too often we forget resp. forget to mention, that there is still 2009_02_20 1044aoccupation in Palestine, a very brutal one that has lasted 42 years. Israel is the occupying power in flagrant violation of basic parts of international law and against humanity. I just came back from Palestine a few days a go, and although I have visited Palestine at least 3-4 times a year over the last 40 years. I am still shocked at the dimensions of this occupation. The so-called security-barrier is almost totally finished, settlements are growing in all parts of the West Bank and the infrastructure for new settlements is built. And the Judaisation of Jerusalem in continuing at an accelerated speed. All these steps are in flagrant violation of international law and against countless resolutions and decisions by the UN and other international bodies.

The second fact I experienced, which is too often neglected is the 000_8693existence of millions of Palestinian refugees, who were kicked out of their homes in 1948 mostly within a fe hours. These events mark the initial-point of the national catastrophe of the Palestinian people, enshrined as Nakba in collective memory of the Palestinians. The number of appr. 800,000 deportees of 1948 increased in the meantime to almost 5 million, finding refuge in the Arab neighbor-countries and being registered and supported by the UNRWA. Israel did not just steal their land and all their properties but has been denying their right of return to their homeland for the last 62 years. Israel is not even ready to recognize the crime against humanity, which was committed in 1948, nor is it ready to offer any compensation. All these atrocities are against human rights and international law.

Mr. Edlinger said that the elimination of the Israeli occupation and their right of return are both important cornerstones of any political solution of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. They have to be addressed and not as done during the last 16, 17 years, the years of the so called peace-process-neglected and forgotten.

000_8588

Mr. Edlinger said that the pre- condition for any lasting peace, is the internal reconciliation of the Palestinian people and by saying that I do not mean the notorious conflict between Fatah and Hamas. I also mean the increasing conflict, or better to say, alienation, between inside and outside, taking into consideration that the vast majority of the Palestinian people are still living in exile. It is extremely important to give the millions of Palestinians in the Middle East, in Europe and in America definitely more influence in the different Palestinian bodies.

As long as the Palestinians continue their internal debates and conflicts, they will play into the hands of the Israelis. In both contexts I call for much more active involvement of the International Community. The international boycott against Gaza is inhuman and the one against Hamas in counter-productive, both are at the end only in Israel’s interest.

He ended his speech by saying that the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People should not just used for diplomatic events. As important as they are, they should also be used to mobilize the International Civil Society and all peace-loving and law-abiding people in the world.

000_8697

Mr. Amr Mousa called on the need of the UN and its official institutions, to carry their legal responsibilities and duties towards the war crimes committed by Israeli occupation forces against the Palestinian civilians. He said:

Ban Ki-moons Concern and 62 Years of Nakba

Ban Ki-moons Concern and 62 Years of Nakba

QUESTION Mark: Why has the UN not posted any information about the event “Annual 000_8491Observance of the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People” in Vienna on it’s own home page, like they did last year?

Why did the UN not invite journalists to this important occasion? Why the Director General of UNIV leave the session of solidarity before hearing the various statements on the Palestinian issue?

Why did the press office of the UN in Vienna not post, either fully or in part, the messages of the various speaker, among them Ban Ki-moon and the ambassadors of several countries, on their website?

I wonder, if the meeting had been about “solidarity with Israel”, would the director general of the UNOVm Mr. Antonio Maria Costa have dared to leave the meeting before hearing the unending wailing and whining of Israel and their friends?

Do the United Nations fear the wrath of somebody or some country if they did that? Who are the countries or groups or persons who they fear?

2009 Must Be the Year in which the Preparations Bear Fruit“, said the BanKiMoonUnited Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon in his message, read on his behalf by Mr. Antonio Maria Costa on the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People which was held last year in November. The year 2009 has nearly ended. Today is December 1 2009, but the Palestinians did not reap the fruits mentioned by Mr. Ban Ki-moon in his speech last year.

The only fruits which the Palestinians reaped were a whole series of war crimes, genocide and crimes against humanity in the Gaza Strip in addition, to the further genocide in the West Bank, the expansion of squatter colonies everywhere in occupied Jerusalem and in all the Palestinian towns and cities, continuous violations of human rights, the building the Apartheid Wall which has swallowed almost half of the Palestinian agricultural lands and turned their life into a catastrophe.

000_8547

Furthermore, the zionist invaders and their entity have reneged from all peace agreements signed with the Palestinian National Authority. This is the reality of the zionist “state” of Israel, which pollutes the international community and its forum, the UN, while everybody believes their false promises, their blatant lies.

A NEW message from Mr. Ban Ki-moon was read yesterday by Mr. Antonio Maria Costa on the same occasion of “Annual Day of Observance of the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People”.

His UN message was bland, showing that he obviously had no full understanding or respect for either the rights of the Palestinian people, or the responsibility of the UN as an institution, for the crimes of Israel. The contents and the language of his UN message which I heard yesterday is not the same language of the UN which is delivered when another country violates its resolutions or commits war crimes, genocide and crimes against humanity.

We Palestinians are all frustrated with evasive language and the double 000_8488standards of the UN Security Council in dealing with their own resolutions 181, 242, 383 related to the Israeli occupation and peace in the Middle East. The bland and servile words of the SG will not put an end to the cancer which is the Israeli occupation for the Palestinian territories and the Palestinian nation in the 62 years of “Nakba”, since 1948.

Mr. Ban Ki Moon “calls” and “is concerned” and uses other bland and obsequious words towards the zionist criminals, what only shows how the UN and their “Security Council” are powerless to end the Israeli occupation and their daily crimes on all levels. The most important conclusion of the speech read on behalf of Mr. Ban Ki Moon is the increasing meaninglessness of the UN as a forum of the nations of the world, as a fair instance to solve conflicts and to make international law respected.

Here are Some Paragraphs From the Speech of UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon as delivered on December 1 2009 at the UN in Vienna, read on his behalf by the Mr. Antonio Maria Costa.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

The question is as fundamental today as it was sixty-two years ago, when the General Assembly, in resolution 181, put forth a vision of two States. Today, the State of Israel exists, but the State of Palestine does not. The Palestinian people continue to struggle for their inalienable right of self-determination – a fundamental, universal human right enjoyed by so many others across the world.

000_8526

The international community continues to assist and protect the Palestinian people, including through the work of the UN agencies, UNRWA foremost among them. However, our interventions must not be limited to managing the humanitarian dimension of this conflict. What is urgently needed is a political solution that addresses the root of the conflict.

It is vital that a sovereign State of Palestine is achieved. This should be on the basis of the 1967 Lines with agreed land swaps and a just and agreed solution to the refugee issue, a state lives side-by-side in peace with Israel within secure and recognized borders, as envisaged in the resolutions of the Security Council. I welcome the commitment of Prime Minister Netanyahu and President Abbas to a two State solution.

At the same time, I am deeply concerned that talks between Israel and the Palestine Liberation Organization have been suspended for almost a year.

A comment: I think that President Abass stated in his speech that, after all these presidentyears of negotiations with Israel, the Palestinians have not seen results. So why is Mr. Ban Ki Moon “concerned about losing time in useless negotiations while the only solution is to implement the UN security council resolution 181″. (He breaks my heart with his sobful “concern”). I would appreciate if Mr. Ban Ki Moon stops regretting about that and uses his power to end the 62 years of Nakba. Or does Mr. Secretary General want us to wait for other 62 years of “negotiations” with the fraud which is the “State of Israel”?

It would be better if Mr. Ban ki Moon abandon this lachrimose declamatory style and checks up to the international laws which the very institution he heads are supposed to keep up, in regards to that criminal monstrosity which the UN created with Resolution 181. I doubt very much that Mr. Secretary General would find much reason to continue accepting Israel as a member of his institution, or even to recognize it as a state.

All the contrived “concerns” of Mr. Banki Moon will not give one cent DSC_0105cto my brother who is without income since 4 years because of the Israeli economic strangulation of the West Bank, and will not allow my ageing mother to go to the Queen Augusta Victoria hospital in Jerusalem. All the “concerns” and “calls” and crocodile tears of Mr. Banki Moon will not take away the pain of my seven years (and counting) of exile, and they will certainly not help me to return to my home in Hebron, they will not help me and hundreds of thousands of fellow Palestinians get damage payments from the jews, they will not help to get the Israeli criminals into jail.

As things stand, the UN is more and more reducing itself to a politically meaningless institution which offers the world no utility at all in return for the inflated salaries of its employees, while its officials, from Mr. Banki Moon downwards, more and more look like people wearing clothes three sizes bigger than they are, as their performance simply does not match what is expected from them.

Sadly, everybody is waiting for Mr. Ban Ki Moon to show some strength and act according to the UN Charter and other relevant international laws and treaties, instead of by the criminal agenda of the corruptionists from the US and Israel. I hope that he finds some strength before everybody wakes up to disillusion about the reality which he is creating with his lackadaisical “concern”.

I support the clear commitment and continuing efforts of the United States to bring about a resumption of meaningful negotiations on all final status issues, including the security of Israelis and Palestinians, borders, refugees and Jerusalem. The biggest challenge to this shared agenda is to the conditions in which the parties have the trust and confidence to return to genuine and substantive talk.

On the Palestinian side, the Palestinian Authority has made significant progress in meeting its Roadmap obligations in the West Bank, and in building institutions to serve the Palestinian people. I call on all Palestinians to fight violent extremism and to refrain institutions. These efforts have resulted in economic and security improvements, which should be sustained and extended. I welcome initials steps taken by Israel to contribute to these positive trends, and call on Israel authorities to expand these measures so that change can become truly transformative.

I am deeply concerned that, in East Jerusalem and the remainder 000_8619of the West Bank, illegal settlement construction continues. I have noted Prime Minister Netanyahu’s recent announcement of settlement restraint. While this is a step beyond earlier positions, it falls short of Israel’s obligations under the Roadmap, particularly given the exclusion of East Jerusalem. I repeat my call on Israel to meet in full its Roadmap commitments to freeze all settlement activity, including “natural growth:, and to dismantle outposts erected since March 2001.

In addition, the barrier continues to restrict Palestinian access to key social services, agricultural land and East Jerusalem, As you will recall, the International Court of Justice has stated that the barrier’s deviation from the 1967 line into occupied Palestinian territory is contrary to International law.

I am also concerned about the situation in Jerusalem, Actions such as the evictions of Palestinians and house demolitions, as well as the continued closure of Palestinian institutions in occupied East Jerusalem, run contrary to Israel’s Roadmap obligations. I call on Israel to cease such actions in East Jerusalem, which stoke tensions, cause suffering and further undermine trust, and to reopen Palestinian institutions.

jer

I reiterate my belief that Jerusalem remains a final status issue to be negotiated between the parties. As the Quartet has previously stated, unilateral actions cannot prejudge the outcome of negotiations, and will not be recognized by the International community. Jerusalem should emerge as the capital of two States, with arrangements for the holy sites acceptable to all. We should all want to see Jerusalem as a s symbol of harmony, tolerance and peace.

The crises in Gaza is also in urgent need of resolution. With the arrival of inclement winter weather, the humanitarian situation remains very troubling. The closure of Gaza should be lifted, consistent with Security Council resolution 1860, to allow for the unimpeded flow of humanitarian aid, commercial goods and people. Consistent with this same resolution, efforts must also be made to address Israel’s legitimate security concern. This should include mechanisms to prevent the smuggling of weapons into Gaza and an end to Palestinian rocket fire at Israeli civilians.

Ten months after the end of hostilities in Gaza and southern Israel, the issue of 000_8683accountability for violations of International humanitarian and human rights law has not been adequately addressed. I call on both Israel and the relevant Palestinian authorities to conduct, without delay, credible domestic investigations into the many reported allegations of serious human rights violations. The reunification of Gaza and the West Bank is also essential. There can be no two State solution without a unified Palestinian territory. I support Egypt’s efforts in this regard, grounded in Arab League resolutions and supported by Security Council resolution 1860.

Here is the Speech of UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon as delivered on Nov. 29 2008 at the UN in Vienna, read on his behalf by the Mr. Antonio Maria Costa.

United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon: “2009 Must Be the Year That the Preparations Bear Fruit”

Message on the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People, 29 November 2008

25-feb-1123IENNA, 29 November (UN Information Service) – The Palestinians have been deprived of their inalienable rights, including the right to self-determination and statehood, for more than 60 years. Israelis live with an ever-present sense of insecurity. There is only one way to address such legitimate rights and fears: a peace agreement that results in an end of occupation, an end of conflict, and the creation of a State of Palestine living side-by-side in peace with the State of Israel.

The Israeli and Palestinian leaders re-launched bilateral negotiations a year ago at Annapolis. They agreed to try to reach a peace treaty by the end of 2008. I regret that this goal appears unlikely to be achieved. However, the parties have succeeded in creating trust and a framework where none existed only two years ago. We must not diminish that achievement. I commend the commitment made by President Abbas and Foreign Minister Livni at Sharm el-Sheikh earlier this month to continue talks into next year, and to seek a full and final settlement. This process must resolve the 25-feb-13101permanent status issues of Jerusalem, settlements, borders, refugees, security and water.

My biggest concern in the immediate period ahead is the situation on the ground. I strongly call on Israel to cease settlement activity, remove outposts, open Palestinian institutions in East Jerusalem, and refrain from unilateral actions in Jerusalem, such as demolitions and evictions, which alter the status quo. I recognize Israel’s security concerns. But the improved environment of security cooperation must lead to an easing of closure in the West Bank, in order to increase stability and to bring about a much-needed boost to the Palestinian economy.

The situation in the Gaza Strip also remains of major concern. I call for immediate 25-feb-1313measures to ease the near-blanket closure of Gaza, which leads to worrying deprivations of basic supplies and undermines human dignity. And I unreservedly condemn rocket fire. The way forward is for all parties to respect the calm brokered by Egypt. I call on Israel to allow sufficient and predictable supplies to reach the population, to ensure access for humanitarian workers, and to facilitate stalled UN projects. I also call on Hamas and, indeed, all Palestinian factions to work urgently to reunify the Gaza Strip and the West Bank within the framework of the legitimate Palestinian Authority.

We have seen many difficulties in the past year. But it has been a crucial time in setting the stage for peace. Two thousand nine must be the year that these preparations bear fruit. Let us all work constructively, tirelessly and consistently for a just, lasting, comprehensive, and urgent settlement of the question of Palestine.

EU and the Israeli War Crimes in Gaza

EU and the Israeli War Crimes in Gaza

The 25th annual conference of the Arab medical doctors in Europe and the 21st 000_5581aannual conference of the Union of the Austro-Arab medical doctors and pharmacists, held at the Modul Hotel in Vienna, was turned to a political demonstration against the Israeli occupation and its criminal policies against the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip on its first day on October 30, 2009. The conference participants strongly criticized the deal of the European countries with the Israeli criminals and the lack of accountability of Israel in accordance with international laws and conventions which they all have signed.

This criticism against the EU came during a speech delivered by Fritz Edlinger, the Legal letter to Council of MinistersSecretary General of the “Society for Austro-Arab Relations” in Vienna, who was present as a guest of honor at the conference. Edlinger documented with pictures and reports the crimes committed by the occupation in the Gaza Strip during his meetings with many Palestinian victims and families affected in Gaza. Edlinger saw the destruction of infrastructure of all vital projects, economic, agricultural, social institutions, health and education sectors, next to the Israeli crimes against humanity. The Israeli crimes in Gaza led to permanently disablement of thousands of Palestinians and killed thousands more of civilians, most of them were children, women, and elderly people.

Legal letter to Council of Ministers

Edlinger spoke about how the representatives of the European Union deal with the 000_5595aIsraeli crimes against humanity. He exposed an official letter send by Human Rights Lawyers from the UK on the 1 September 2009 to Francisco Javier Solana, High Representative for the common Foreign and Security and Secretary-General of the Council of the European Union. The letter accused the European Union of complicity with the crimes of the Israeli occupation and violation of international laws and human rights and demanded the explanation of the negative attitude towards the Palestinian victims, most of whom were civilians. The letter also demanded explanations from Solana and at the same time asserted their right to sue the European Union in the case of failure to respond to their letter.

Legal letter to Council of Ministers

Edlinger criticized the answer of Solana to the letter of the lawyers. DSC_0025aHe said it was an irresponsible and stupid response which confirms the complicity of the European Union with the Israeli crimes, what in itself is considered as a grave crime and a flagrant violation of the European laws and international treaties, agreements and laws.

Solana letter from Councilof Ministers0003

President Abbas to the Junkyard of the History

President Abbas to the Junkyard of the History

The usurper “President” Mahmoud Abbas, whose presidential term is over since January 2009, is actively involved in urging the UN to postpone their vote on the report of Richard Goldstone, which President Abbasaccuses Israel of committing war crimes against Palestinian civilians in the Gaza Strip.

Yesterday, Yasser Abed Rabbo, secretary general of the Palestine Liberation Organization leadership said: “it was a mistake to suspend action on the UN report on Israeli war crimes in Gaza; we have the courage to admit that there was a mistake, but the mistake can be repaired”.

What Abed Rabbo describes as “a mistake which could be Yaser Abed Rabucorrected” is seen by the majority of the Palestinians as a betrayal to the nation, who demand that “President” Mahmoud Abbas and all the Palestinian National Authority resign without delay. The PA concessions in the national Palestinian issues and rights have increased, this is forbidden. The PA must resign if they still have a slightest sense of dignity and responsibility.

President Abbas to the Junkyard of the History

Yesterday, huge posters of the President Mahmoud Abbas pictures surrounded by victims of the Israeli war crimes were hanged everywhere in the streets of protest2Gaza, with the phrase “To the JUNKYARD of history you traitor Mahmoud Abbas” written on them. The poster was adopted and signed by Palestinian academics and university professors. A conference in which the human rights organizations and the victim’s families spoke was held in Gaza under the same title of the poster. Everybody was seen throwing old shoes at the posters of Abbas. The West Bank Palestinian media did not report anything about the conference, the posters, or the families of the victims. In the West Bank, were the PA gang took control, such posters or even raising poster of the Palestinian victims is forbidden by the PA.

In addition, the human rights organizations in Palestine and abroad, led by Human Rights Watch, deplored the attitude of the Palestinian Authority to vote on the report, which condemns Israel of committing war crimes during the bloody assault on the Gaza Strip in December 2008 to the end of January 2009.

Today the voices of the Abbas thugs, the group around him from those who are MIDEAST ISRAEL PALESTINIANSpaid well for their traitorous behavior by the US, raised to defend the criminal decision of this tinpot “President” Abbas, in which he protects the Israeli war criminals, and the “Cell Phones company” project. The irresponsible and criminal voices claimed that criticizing Abbas and the criminals around him are “red lines” which nobody is allowed to trespass.

These criminals forget that ONLY Palestine and ONLY the Palestinian national APTOPIX MIDEAST ISRAEL PALESTINIANSrights are not for bargaining, compromise, renouncing, and selling for the personal enrichment of criminals, and that they are the ONLY the red lines which no Abbas and nobody else is allowed to trespass. Abbas and all those around him getting rich on the misery of the Palestinians are criminals of the worst kind, and as such they should be treated.

Fatah Seeks Joint Action With Hamas Over Gaza Report

AFP/ RAMALLAH, West Bank — The Palestinian Fatah movement urged its Hamas rivals on Thursday to join forces to press for international action against Israel over a damning UN report on the Gaza war.
The move comes after the Islamist movement slammed Palestinian president and Fatah leader Mahmud Abbas for agreeing to delay a vote on the report at the UN Human Rights Council following Israeli and US pressure.

Senior Fatah official and Abbas ally Jibril Rajub told reporters Jibril Al-Rajub 3433that the secular movement supports using the report to bring Israeli officials to trial “for crimes against the Palestinian people”.
“The Fatah leadership has decided to invite the Hamas movement as well as all other Palestinian factions to form a joint Palestinian committee,” Al-Rajub said in the West Bank city of Ramallah.

The committee’s objective is “to take action on the regional and international levels in order to relaunch the Goldstone report”.
“We want our joint efforts… to bring all the Israeli generals and leaders who had committed crimes against our people before the (International Criminal) Court in The Hague for war crimes,” Rajub said.

Rajub went on to say that Fatah was checking the reasons that led to the delay in the vote on the report but urged Hamas “to end its provocation. I am not threatening anyone but the provocation does not serve Hamas or anyone.”

The decision to support delaying consideration of the report — which accused both Israel and Hamas of war crimes — led to an unprecedented tide of anger in the Hamas-ruled Gaza Strip and the Fatah-administered West Bank against Abbas.
