Breaking YOU – a common saying which can be heard when somebody attacks a defenseless person. “Breaking YOU” were the only words uttered by dozens of defenseless women who were crying and screaming in their homes in Hebron, when dozens of IDF soldiers terrorized them in their houses. The inhuman scene was followed by the sound of bombs exploding. Then, the smoke was rising and citizens running. This was a simple ethnic cleansing operation of the IDF soldiers, who went to the Al Baqa’a Valley and terrorized people, most of them were women and children. The IDF continued firing bombs.

A scene of barbarism and terror can be seen in the video below. This crime took place yesterday in Al Baqa’a Valley, a Palestinian residential district of Hebron where thousands of Palestinians live since before 1967 without the basic necessities of life. My cousin Fatiha Ali Jaber lives in this area.

What happens in Al-Baqa’a Valley is simply inhumane, immoral. It is terrorism and genocide according to international regulations and laws. The crime is credited to Lt. Col. Guy Hazut, commander of the so-called Hebron military brigade, and to military Brigadier Yoav Mordechai, head of the so called Civil Administration. For Immediate Release – Al Khalil – Hebron – CPT – Israeli Border Police Destroy Vegetable Fields in Al Baqa’a Valley – July 7, 2010 – Israeli border police destroyed several Palestinian fields in Al Baqa’a Valley just east of Hebron on July 6, 2010, directly impacting the livelihood of more than one hundred Palestinians. Landowners said that Israeli border police and the Israeli District Coordinating Office (DCO), responsible for the coordination of Palestinian civilian affairs in Area C, began implementing the destruction at around 8:30am. Israeli authorities, with the assistance of hired labor, damaged fields of vegetables and destroyed the irrigation systems of those fields.

When international peace activists from Christian Peacemaker Teams arrived in the area at 11:30am, about 20 workers hired by the Israeli border police and DCO had cut and disposed of the irrigation pipes laid in two fields. The fields each measured 10 dunams (approximately 40 acres) and included tomatoes, eggplant, cauliflower, and beans. In addition to dismantling the irrigation pipes, the workers also cut the twines that were holding up each tomato plant. A matriarch of the family, Aratiki Karim, said, “These tomatoes are for the kids, for the babies, to feed the kids and to sell them to buy other food for the kids.” The Palestinian farmers had planted the tomato plants nearly three months ago and the tomatoes were only 20 days from being ready for market.

The border police, DCO, and hired laborers then moved to another field further along Route 60 in the Al Baqa’a Valley to perform the same procedure. The border police blocked the junction between the residential zone and the nearby fields, shooting tear gas and sound bombs to prevent Palestinians from going to the area where the hired workers were removing more irrigation pipes.

Several women and children suffered from tear gas inhalation and required hospitalization. Badran Mohammed Jabber, looking out onto his destroyed fields uttered in exasperation, “I have spent 43 years under the Israeli reign of terror. I have lived my life in fear, I never know what the Israelis will do tomorrow. They have destroyed my land, they have destroyed my life, and these fields are my life.”

This is not the first time Israeli authorities have destroyed crops and irrigation equipment in the Al Baqa’a Valley.

The center of the old city of Hebron turned to a concentration camp under the war criminal Udi Ben Moha!!

Israel does not care about the Palestinian negotiator and the Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas. They do not care about the American envoy Georg Mitchell or US President Barak Obama. Israel deals with everybody from the position of absolute and god-given superiority, with the arrogance of a zionist occupier, of a “negotiator” who has become accustomed to think that everybody is enslaved to the zionist organizations. On the other hand, the arrogant zionists of the Israeli occupation calculate a thousand times the consequences of their crimes, they hold emergency sessions to manage possible consequences whenever a government official or one of the military war criminals plans to travel abroad.

Israel is well aware that their crimes will not be forgotten over the years, or that they can get away with signing sham agreements imposed by force on the subservient and illegitimate PA. Crimes are crimes and criminals remain criminals until they are subject to trials and punished, each criminal and each punishment according to the crime. We Palestinians think in this way. All victims of the Israeli genocide and war crimes are waiting for the day of justice. The political negotiations and “review meetings” and supposed agreements which Israel thinks will help release their criminals from the responsibility for their crimes, are all useless for the victims of the Israeli occupation. Only justice in all outstanding issues could resolve the injustice of the oppressed Palestinians.

A few days ago the Zionist war criminal Udi ben Moha (“Udi Bar Mocha”, “מ בן-מוחא”) canceled his travel to the UK together with his family. The cancellation of flight of the criminal Ben Muha was made followed a recommendation made by a team of legal advisers in the Office of the Military Persecutor due to fears and suspicions that his involvement “in war crimes in the territories” would cause the war criminal ben Moha to be arrested upon landing in London.

The Israeli Newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth published a brief article about the cancellation of the flight of ben Moha to the UK. What the Israeli newspaper did not state were the facts around the cancellation of the trip of ben Muha to the UK, which are resumed below:

At the end of August 2008, I filed a criminal complaint against Colonel Udi ben Moha, Brigadier General Gadi Shamni, Colonel Aviv Feigel and other Israeli war criminals to the office of the prosecutor general of Israel, Menachem Mazuz. I sent a copy of this complaint to the ICC in The Hague. The IDF military prosecutor received official copy of this complaint from the office of Menachem Mazuz. I have information that this complaint was subject of discussions in the office of the “Civil Administration” at Jebel Manuah. All human rights and interested organizations in filing complaints against Israel received a copy of this complaint. The charges which I filed against these officers were filed for “Genocide, Crimes of War, Crimes against Humanity and Conspiracy to commit these crimes in Hebron, under the Israeli “Law for the Prevention and Punishment of the Crimes of Genocide of 5710 – 1950″.

Yesterday, before going to bed, I received news that the former occupation commander in Hebron, Colonel Udi ben Moha, shrinked from attending a course in UK. This is a small victory over the genocide machinery of Israel, and I find myself extremely proud of having achieved it. I managed to make not only this thug, but the whole establishment of murderers which is Israel, blink.

It is a small and symbolic victory, but it is very important. It shows that what I and others are doing has weight that Israel acknowledges that the charges voiced against them in public or in courts are real, that the crimes of which they are accused are real. More important, it shows that behind the facade of insufferable arrogance displayed by various representatives of Israel when confronted with their many crimes, there is great and increasing fear.

I want to share this victory with all the people from many nationalities and backgrounds who have worked in the same direction, in support of the Palestinian people and our rights. Let this victory be an incentive to work harder, not for symbolic gains, but so that we can soon celebrate the arrest of one of these criminals, and another one, and soon after all the rest of them.
As a Palestinian and victim of their campaign of genocide, there is no forgiving and no forgetting. I will do everything in my power to give all these people the justice they deserve.

Who is ben Colonel Udi ben Moha?

Lt. Col. Udi ben Muha, or “Udi ben Moha” is the Israeli brigade commander who finished his post in my homeland Hebron on May 16 2010. Ben Muha is a war criminal with a long history of committing crimes against humanity. He contributed to the ethnic cleansing of the north of Gaza and along the Palestinian-Egyptian border, and he implemented other measures which correspond to the definition of genocide and crimes against humanity in the Geneva conventions. Ben Moha commanded the death squad Unit “Shimshon” in Gaza.

Ben Muha is responsible for many murders of Palestinians and the reckless destruction of their property. He commanded the death squad IDF “Shimshon” Unit in Gaza under another IDF war criminal, Col. Avi Levy. He headed the IDF death squad unit “Sagi” at the Gaza-Egypt border in 2007 under the IDF war criminal head of the Southern Command, Major General Yoav Galant.

Lt. Col. Udi ben Muha, razed and damaged thousands dunums of Palestinian agriculture land. He also illegally confiscated thousands more of dunums of agricultural land. Ben Muha razed to the ground hundreds of Palestinian houses in Gaza, he murdered hundreds of Palestinian civilians and arrested hundreds more.

On 28 January 2004, Ben Muha or personnel under his command razed the agricultural area of Al-Zaytun in Gaza. During this event he or personnel under his command murdered 11 Palestinians among, them Sami Badawi, a child of 13 years, and injured 35 Palestinian civilian.

On July 14 2004 Colonel Udi ben Muha lead the destruction operation against Palestinians in the Jabalia refugee camp in the north of Gaza. He or personnel under his command uprooted 2000 dunums of agricultural land, 95% of which were fields of fruits. Also destroyed were three artesian wells, a workshop belonging to Ziad Muhammad Hasuna, and three houses belonging to Muhammad Zanin Shawish, Ahmad Hasan abu Kalub, and Rizk Zanin and their families.

Another 17 Palestinian house were “confiscated” by Udi Ben Muha, these were the houses belonging to Sadi Zanin, Omer Kafarne, Mustafa Thabet, Atef Zanin, Ahmad Al-Ashkar, Naser Al-Zanin, Ranadan, Taiser and Maher Al-Basubi, Nahed and Saed Shabat, Subhi Naser, Asad Salah, Fakhri and Kahlil Al-Masri, Amin Abu Udeh, and Rushdi Al-Zanin.

15 Palestinians were murdered by him or personnel under his command during this operation commanded by Ben Muha operation, and 90 more Palestinians were injured, among them 54 child. The murdered people were:

Israeli Soldier Burns Palestinian Teacher With Cigarette

Say and repeat: “Yasser Arafat is a son of a bitch”. The israeli soldier from the so-called “border police” insisted that a Palestinian teacher from Hebron should say that. The Palestinian teacher was caught and harassed by the IDF soldier while he was on his way back home. The teacher refused the order of the IDF. He did not repeat the sentence which the IDF thug insisted that he must say. Why should the Palestinian do that? The IDF order is illegal. Absolutely, it is a nazi humiliation. But such orders are normal, business as usual, under the grave crimes of the Israeli occupation in Palestine.

The criminal IDF thug applied the burning end of his cigarette to the teacher’s chest. The lit cigarette burned two holes in the teacher’s shirt and left a scar on his chest.

This crime was not perpetrated by fascists or nazi soldiers, and the victim was not one of the privileged jews in EU. The crime was perpetrated on April 8 2010 by a nazi IDF jew. The victim was a civil Palestinian teacher who lives in his Hebron. The IDF military commander of Hebron is the war criminal Lt. Col. Udi ben Muha, or “Udi ben Moha”, who in the past contributed to the ethnic cleansing of the north of Gaza and along the Palestinian-Egyptian border, and he has also implemented other measures which correspond to the definition of genocide and crimes against humanity in the Geneva conventions. Under such a criminal, any soldier feels encouraged to perpetrate crimes.

This crime was not the first or the last crime under the criminal regime of the Israeli occupation in Palestine. This crime is part of the daily Palestinian life under the Zionist jewish occupation. The occurrence of such crimes is every day and hour in the city of Hebron, and in all the Palestinian cities, towns and at the so-called military checkpoints in the West Bank. The crime of burning a Palestinian youth with a cigarette or forcing them to drink the urine of the IDF soldiers and forcing them to repeat their antisocial, immoral phrases is part of the zionist occupation regime which is aimed at forcing the Palestinian citizens to leave their homes in the heart of the city of Hebron in West Bank.

This kind of crime repeatedly happened under the former IDF military commander like Gadi Shamni, Baruch Najjar, Yigal Sharon, Dror Weinberg, Baruch Goldstein, Amnon Cohen, Yehuda Fuchs, Noam Tibon, and other leaders of the IDF commanders, and under the current criminal IDF commanders Udi ben Moha and Aviv Feigel.

One of the most terrible stories of abusive treatment was the incident involving about 24 Palestinian youths who had violated the curfew in Hebron and received their punishment from the hands of the Israseli border Police unit called “Shmark Fuhl”. The soldiers had cursed the youth, spit on them, beaten them, and forced them to sing humiliating ditties: “Hoto Al-hummous al Al-Fuhl, ana baheb abos teez le shmark fuhl”, which translates into English as “put humous on bean, I love to kiss the border police buttocks”. The border police brought their Palestinian prisoners bottles filled with urine to drink, and everybody was forced to sing and drink. According the Christian Peacemaker Team member Ms. Paulette Schroeder: “Every day teachers and students from many schools in the Hebron area must pass through several checkpoints on their way to and from school. These checkpoints most often cause problems for a number of teenage male students and at unpredictable times for teachers and younger students. Detentions of these students and teachers at the checkpoints cause loss of school time and a disruption in the classes when the students or teachers are late.”

“CPT received a very disturbing report from one of the teachers on April 6. While this teacher was returning through the checkpoint back to his home, an Israeli Border Policeman (military soldier) stopped him at the Ibrahimi Mosque checkpoint and insisted that he repeat the phrase: “Yasser Arafat is a son of a bitch.” The teacher refused this order so the policeman applied his burning cigarette end to the teacher’s chest. The lit cigarette burned two holes (see photo attached) in the teacher’s shirt and left a scar on his chest.”

After twenty more minutes of detention, the policeman released the man.

“You are a terrorist, you are not welcome in the land of Palestine”. A Palestinian from the Hamdan family shouted these words in the face of Tony Blair, Quartet Representative for “Peace” in the Middle East, when he arrived at the Iron Cage at the entrance of the Ibrahimi Mosque in Hebron. A bodyguard of Tony “the poodle” Blair overwhelmed the angry Palestinian when he approached phony Tony, and dragged him several meters away.
Palestinian eyewitnesses said that the citizen, who shouted in the face of Tony Blair, was subjected several times to attacks by the Israeli occupation soldiers in the heart of city of Hebron, just as all the Palestinian people who live in the heart of the old city are subjected to regular attacks from the IDF and the Jewish criminal squatters as part of their daily life. The heart of the old city of Hebron, turned under the Israeli occupation into a concentration camp closed by iron gates controlled by the IDF occupation.
The visits of Tony Blair to the Palestinian towns are frowned upon by the Palestinian public opinion, he is not welcome in our land and in our cities. The PA media coverage does not show this fact, because the visits of Tony Blair are part of the dirty “politics” of the PA.

Blair also stated, probably to himself, that most Palestinians and Israelis “want to resolve the conflict peacefully”, and added “frankly, the protests are not going to solve the conflict and bring peace, but only the negotiations will be able to achieve that”. As a Palestinian, I’d suggest that he shove his bad-faith negotiations and his artless, moronic statements where the sun does not shine.

These statements are lies, and the incident is a reflection of the Palestinian public opinion. The presence in Palestine of criminal psychopaths like Tony Blair, Keith Dayton, Jake Walles and others like them, is not welcome by the majority of Palestinians. They are the guests of ONLY the PA, as a part of their criminal and traitorous project of renouncing the national rights of Palestinians, what is as futile as it gets, because nobody in the PA has the legitimate right to “negotiate”, or renounce, anything in the name of the Palestinians.

Of course Tony Blair himself did not live in Hebron for 42 years of occupation, and the illegal and bad-faith “negotiations” which he mentioned as the only way of peace is the only reason which has brought the current deteriorated situation to Hebron. The blocked military iron doors, the closure of the Palestinian shops and the streets and the expansion of the Jewish squatter colonies all came under these so-called “peace negotiations”. What the war criminal Tony Blair said is a bunch of lies, clear to everybody who lives in Hebron and in other occupied Palestinian cities and towns.
And lies is the only thing which will ever get out of the mouth of a psychopath in the employ of the lord of the flies.

Instead of explaining that which he knows nothing about, namely the Palestinian national sentiment, it would be better for everybody if phony Tony explained which was the nature of his relation with Thomas Hamilton, and which were the exact grounds why he ordered the issue of a D-Notice around the publication of Operation Ore results. I am sure many Englanders would find these things more than interesting. And on that note, it would be better if this miserable leaves Palestine for ever.

The past is an integral part of the present, history is the past, especially if the past is associated with oppression, persecution and tyranny of the strong against the weak, and of the occupation against the occupied nation, women, children, patients, elderly and civilians.

If the past is associated with war crimes and crimes against humanity and injustice, then the history of the perpetrators is the history of criminals and their crimes, and the victims must never forget, never forgive, lest the perpetrators continue on their path of crimes. Nobody can ask from perpetrators to take responsibility for their crimes, because if they were responsible, or even capable of responsibility, to begin with, they would not engage in acts understood as reprehensible by the vast majority of humanity. The victims, on the other hand, have the responsibility not only to take care of ourselves, but to do everything in our power to stop the perpetrators, and to warn others about them.

I remember hearing my mother say that “the right can not be lost as long as the owner stands behind his right, questioning the right of the criminal and demanding his own right, until justice is achieved”.

The Justice is my goal, and the law is the only way to achieve justice, even after a hundred thousand years. If I die before achieving justice, I will leave it in will to my heirs to claim my rights, be it in one, ten, thousand or hundred thousand years. The jews will give me justice and restore my rights, be it the jews of today, or be it their descendants in 10.000 generations. (Kawther)

On August 21, 2009, I found out that the Israeli war criminal, the former military commander of Hebron, colonel Yigal Sharon, had been appointed as CEO and a coordinator for foreign expansion of an Israeli coffee company, “Aroma“, in Europe (Romania, Ukraine, Cyprus) and elsewhere.

I know Sharon personally: he was the best of the worst of the IDF war criminals who served in the occupied territories. He was interested in having good contact with journalists in order to cover the IDF crimes commited under his command.

I still remember all the grave crimes which he committed and covered in my homeland Hebron, (actually I was one of his victims, my hand was broken under his command). I have all the names of the children who were snipped, murdered and jailed under his command, I know all the military orders which he issued to pilfer the Palestinians property, I also appeared with him in the film “Hebron City without Mercy” in which I exposed the scandalous crimes of his soldiers, who forced Palestinians of Hebron to drink their urine in plastic bottles.

I know Yigal Sharon, who participated in and committed crimes against humanity, crimes of war against the civilian populations of Hebron, which all together amount to ethnic cleansing and genocide.

Yigal Sharon also aided and abetted the criminal lawlessness of the jewish squatters present in Hebron: he conspired with them to dismiss the Israeli police chief at the time, Ish “Bono” Yemeni, who saw his duty in implementing the law equally for all instead of acquiescing to the crimes of the IDF and the squatters.

Because of Yigal Sharon shameful and criminal past, I wrote AROMA Coffee informing them that it is not acceptable to give employment as the representative of their company in Europe to a war criminal.

A copy of e-mail was sent to the European commission, the chambers of commerce of the countries where Aroma conducts business, and human organizations interested in the issue.

I have not received an answer from Aroma, so I decided to publish the letter, and to seek the help of everybody, also from human rights organizations, to help me to sue Yigal Sharon to try to secure an arrest warrant against him for war crimes anytime he enters Europe.

I just found out that a war criminal, a murderer of Palestinian children in Hebron, colonel Yigal Sharon, is the CEO of Aroma Israel, and that he coordinates the development business abroad (in Europe and elsewhere).

As a defender of human rights, a journalist and a victim of colonel Yigal Sharon, and also in the name of many other victims of Yigal Sharon from Hebron, like for example Hosam abu Allan, Wael Al-Shukhi, Samer Karameh, Lina Misk, I would appreciate if you end the employment of Yigal Sharon with Aroma Israel, as a coordinator of the brand “Marrone Rosso” in Europe and elsewhere, and in any other position.

As a victim of Yigal Sharon and also in the name of the many other victims of the crimes of Yigal Sharon in Hebron, I think that it is not acceptable to give employment to a war criminal as the representative of your company in Europe or anywhere else, where human rights and the laws are respected. I reserve the right to initiate and follow legal steps against Yigal Sharon, wherever he is. I think that it is in the best interest of your company to not be seen as associated with a war criminal and perpetrator of ethnic cleansing and genocide. Outside of Israel, most people prefer not to buy their coffee from people with blood on their hands.

I ask your cooperation in bringing the war criminal Sharon to court for his many crimes. Much success for your company Aroma, but without the war criminal Yigal Sharon.

Which are the laws that Yigal Sharon studied at the School of Law? Were they the unjust laws which he imposed in my homeland. Or were they the codes of “honor” of criminal organizations, of gangs of murderers, thieves and rapists?
