The Palestinian Authority and Hamas movements have trespassed all the limits with their continuous arrests and torture of political activists, and then killing many of them them in their jails. The attitude of these two movements is now similar to what the Israeli occupation has done and is still doing against the Palestinians in occupied Palestine. The Palestinian National Authority and Hamas have increased the incarceration of political activists, and committed hundreds of politicians, political activists and resistance members into their respective jails.

Recently, the PA made a decision to deny all political prisoners visit from their families for unlimited time and unknown reasons? This is a crime against the Geneva conventions, a crime against humanity, and a crime against all Palestinians.

In many cases the PA has arrested the wives and daughters of political prisoners in order pressure them psychologically. Hamas, not to be outdone, also tortured Fatah prisoners and interrogated their women in Gaza. These arrests and interrogation by the PA and Hamas are forbidden and contrary to human rights, and certainly against the Palestinian nation. These shameful things are new, and they have brought us the Palestinians shame and disgrace before the public.

Today, Monday 10 October 2009, Palestinian prisoner Fadi Abed Al-Rahman Husni Hamadne, a painter, single and aged 28, a student at Al-quds University, died in the Junaid prison of the PA in Nablus after less than two months of detention by the intelligence of the Palestinian Authority (PA).

According to a statement of the “Change and reform Bloc” of the Palestinian legislative council, (PLC-Statement) of which I received a copy, the collaborator forces of President Abbas are responsible for the assassination of Hamadne. The statement says that the assassination of the prisoner Hamadne by the PA forces is seen as done in complicity with the zionist occupation, whose crimes are aimed at eliminating the Palestinian resistance and depriving the Palestinian people of all their basic rights and property.

The statement called for the international community and human rights organizations to be alert to such crimes and put an end to them before they escalate. We call on Arab countries, especially Egypt, to have a voice against this crime; because silence helps the criminals to continue their crimes. We also confirm the necessity to bring the criminals to justice for trial for the implementation of the rule of law and punishment.

According to different sources, Hamadne was arrested on June 15 2009 and was severely tortured by the PA intelligence. The jailers denied him right to receive visits of his family during the last two months of detention. In addition, they arrested two members of his family, his brother and his brother-in-law, in order to make pressure on him to confess anything.

The spokesperson of the Palestinian military, “colonel” Adnan Al-Dumeeri, saidthat the Fadi Hamadne had been found dead in his cell haanging from a piece of cloth (pieces of the bed cover) around his neck. He denied that Hamadne had been tortured in jail. He pointed out that the brother-in-law of the deceased, Shaker Dababse, who is incarcerated in the same jail, removed the piece of cloth on the neck of Hamadne personally, implying that this means that the death was a suicide “in good faith”. He added that the medical results would show the reason of Hamadne’s death. “This issue is very sensitive for us”, he added.

“Colonel” Al-Dumeeri said that an independent investigation had been started, with the presence of independent human right organizations. He added that “we also asked the relatives of the deceased to send any doctor of their choice” to inspect the body, or to send it to any other jurisdiction for an autopsy to determine cause of death. These lies are the usual script repeated each time when these Dayton thugs murder yet another political activist.

Directly contradicting the dubious display of good will by the good “colonel”, inthe village of Asira Al-Shimalia near Nablus, were Hamadne’s family lives, the PA security and military prevented the family of the deceased from opening their house for mourning from receiving any condolences. The PA military security (actually the Palestinian thugs of Keith Dayton) imposed strict military measures on the native village of Hamadne and gave his family an order which forbids the ceremony of mourning. When the family went to the jail to recover the body of Hamadne, the Dayton thugs under “colonel” Al-Dumeeri gave a savage beating to all the family members present. Among the injured are the mother and the father of Husni Hamadne. The family finally refused to take the body until the reasons for the death of their son are fully clarified.

Hamas on their side denied the allegations of the PA, and reiterated that the PA are responsible for the murder of prisoner Hamadne and also of other prisoners, among them Majd Al-Barghouti, Muhammad Al-Hajj, Haitham Amro and Kamal Abu Toama. They all died incarcerated in PA prisons. Three political prisoners died in less than two months, (Haitham Amro, Kamal Abu Toama and Fadi Abed Al-Rahman Husni Hamadne)

The level of tensions between the factions has increased recently after Hamas prevented the Fatah members residing in Gaza from participating in the opening of the sixth Fatah Congress in Bethlehem.

• Until when will Hamas and Fatah continue harassing, incarcerating, torturing and murdering Palestinian political activists and members of the resistance?
• Are the years which these people spent incarcerated in Israeli jails not enough?
• Do you not understand that these people protect the rights of all of our nation?
• Is it not beyond injustice, below depravity, to collaborate with the zionists in moving these people from jail to jail? Do they not deserve a fate far better than that?
• How can Fatah call their criminal activities against political activists and members of the resistance a “national project” when it is far more appropriate to call say that they are conspiring with foreign occupiers against the Palestinian nation?
• How does the PA explain the death of three political prisoners in less than two months? How do the countries financing the PA explain these crimes against all Palestinians?
• Why do the EU and other countries who finance the PA not care that European human rights standards are strictly adhered to by the PA in return for the money given to them?
• Should I understand that it is IN THE INTEREST of the EU that Palestinian political activists are treated worse than animals, tortured and murdered?
• The resounding indolence of the countries financing the sham PA allows only the sad conclusion that they are complicit and conspiring with the zionists to foist exactly these disgusting and criminal conditions upon us.

Nasser Al-Kidwa, the former PLO ambassador to the UN, demanded that the sixth Fatah congress take place in Bethlehem, to declare that Israel is behind the assassination of the late President Yaser Arafat. Everybody applauded and voted for the Al-Kidwa suggestion, including the very people suspected to be the killers of Arafat, who were among the participants in the conference. Nobody asked Al-Kidwa to disclose the results of his investigation as head of the committee to investigate Arafat’s death. Nobody asked him who were the Palestinian killers and the collaborators with Israel who killed Arafat?

Five years have passed since the burial of President Arafat in Al-Moqata’a in Ramallah, on 12 November 2004. Five years have passed since the local and the international media covered the burial ceremony of Palestinian President Arafat. Five years of fraud, misleading and deception around the real burial of President Arafat. Five years until we discovered that the burial of our President, and all the ceremonies of his funeral shown before the media were a sham, propaganda like any Hollywood film. Five years until we discovered that the satellite broadcasting was not the real ceremony of Arafat’s burial. This is a big shame, and a crime against the memory of President Arafat.
President Arafat was buried in the dark, without the presence of Palestinians, without the presence of Mahmoud Abbas, Tayeb Abed Al-Rahim, Ramsi Khouri, Nabil Abu Rdieneh, Ahmad Quria, …

President Arafat was not buried on 12 November 2004, what was broadcast that day was not his true burial, but just a sham show for the masses. He was buried in the morning (half past two) of November 13, 2004 by one person and some of his personal guards, and without light or the presence of now-President Mahmoud Abbas, the the Secretary of the Executive Liberation Committee, Ahmad Qurei, who had been Prime Minister at the time, or Tayeb Abdel Rahim, who was the secretary general of the Palestinian Presidential cabinet, or anybody from the political or the civil leadership. Nobody said a real goodbye to him. Nobody observed his real burial; nobody saw him, they are all liars and hypocrites without moral principles. In one way or another, all those involved in his death were in a hurry dispose of the body and to inherit the imaginary authority allowed them under the Israeli occupation.

Only some days ago I read lines from the play of the burial of President Arafat after the journalist Shaker Al-Jawhari published an interview with Sheikh Dr. Taysir Rajab Al-Tamimi on his website Al-Mustaqbal. I was shocked about what Sheikh Al-Tamimi said in that interview, and I called him to ask for further information.

Sheikh Dr. Taysir Al-Tamimi, the Chief of Judges of the Palestinian Authority and Chairman of High Council of Islamic Law for Palestine, said that President Yasser Arafat was buried TWICE, on 12 and 13 November 2004.

I asked Dr. Al-Tamimi: How can it be that he was buried twice, and why did this happened? Who buried him? Who was with him during the first and the second burial? Did President Abbas accept that?

Al-Tamimi said that the body of the President arrived in Al-Moqata’a after three o’clock in the afternoon, that there were many thousands of people who came from everywhere, and we could not get the coffin from the plane, and only with difficulties. There was an arrangement to place the coffin in the hall at Al-Moqata’a to say goodbye by the officials, the diplomats and the people, but we were not able to get the coffin into the room because of overcrowding. With great difficulties we managed to reach the grave, the few kilometers between the plane and grave was covered in more than two hours.

Dr. Al-Tamimi explained how he buried President Arafat TWICE. He said: the first time he was buried in the coffin against the rules of the Islamic Faith, in the presence of Mahmoud Abbas, the Palestinian leadership, hundreds of thousands of Palestinians and the local and international press “I was not able to bury him then according to the rules of the Islamic Faith” he said.

He added that after they put his coffin in the grave and before they opened it, many people threw themselves over him, and because of the spreading of rumours about kidnapping of the body of the President, I decided to bury him in the coffin and to close the grave with cement. This happened far away from President Abbas, Ahmad Qurei and … observations. But I informed Tayeb Abed Al-Rahim about what I did, and that I wanted to bury him again.

Sheikh Al-Tamimi told me that the second time he buried him, it was according to the rules of the Islamic Faith. The burial was only in presence of some of his personal guards. Nobody from the officials came to see him, to say good bye or to see the ceremony. The Sheikh said that he informed Tayyeb Abed Al-Rahim, the general secretary of the presidential cabinet about the second burial and he asked him to prepare the situation for that, but Al-Rahim only asked why, showing his lack of interest in the issue of the real burial.

The Sheikh told Abed Al-Rahim that he wants to bury the President Arafat according to Islamic religion! He explained to him that the situation had prevented taking the body out of the coffin and that he obliged to bury him inside the coffin, and now I want to bury him again and that I would need a help.

On that Saturday morning the cameras were still standing on the buildings around Al-Moqata’a, said Al-Tamimi: “because of that I asked the guards to cover the grave with a tent, and a number of military vehicles surrounded the place. We dug up the grave and opened the coffin, and then we took the body out and buried him according to the principles of the Islamic faith”.

Yesterday August 8 2009 at noon, about 40 ultra-orthodox jewish squatters, the Israeli terrorists generally known as “Siknaj”, attacked the tent of the Al-Ghawi family and beat and wounded four members of these families, who were forcibly expelled from their own house on last 2 August 2009.
The criminal settlers, or “Siknaj”, were wearing black talars and hats, and used stones, sticks, and chairs in their criminal attack. The victims were three children aged between 10 – 13 and a woman. One of them was left bleeding in critical condition.

Naser Al-Gawi, one of those robbed of his house by the israeli government, said that a large detachment of Israeli police came to the place of the assault, and that rather than preventing the criminal attacks of the Siknaj, they protected them and arrested Khaled Al- Gawi, aged 40, another victim of the israeli theft. Al-Gawi denied that his family had provoked the Siknaj settlers. He said that the settlers wanted to remove their tents, which they set up near their houses, which are now occupied by the siknaj. He confirmed that he will not leave the area until he is able to return to his house.

On August 2 2009, the Israeli criminal forces forcibly terrorized and expelled two Palestinian families, Al-Gawi and Hannoun from their houses in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood in East Jerusalem after they demolished the gates of the houses (11 houses, eight houses belong to Aberd Al-Fattah Hannoun and his sons, and three houses belong to Maher Hannoun and his brothers), and forced the families to get out under the threat of murdering them. The criminal armed Israeli police pointed their guns at the civilians and denied them the right to take the necessary things for their children, or to remove from their furniture and other belongings.

Few hours after the Palestinian family’s expulsion, a truck of ultra orthodox jews, Siknaj, came to live in the Palestinian houses. The Siknaj and the criminal forces of Israel threw the furniture of the two families out of their homes and moved their belonging of the Siknaj to the Palestinian houses, while the Israeli police stood to guard to protect them from any attempt from the Palestinian families to recover their property. Before that, on November 2008, the Israeli military border police forcibly expelled Mahmoud Al-Kurd, an old paralyzed man on a wheelchair, his wife Fawzia, Um Kamel, and their five children and their families, from their home in Sheikh Jarrah in the East of Jerusalem.

Mohammed Al-Kurd had lived in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood from 1956 until the morning of November 9, 2008 when the Israeli police enforced a court order that evicted them. Few days after this expulsion, Mahmoud Al-Kurd died of heart attack in his protest tent in the neighborhood of his house. The criminal Israeli Zionist organization police has since then destroyed the tent of the Al-Kurd family several times.

The Vice President of the European Parliament, Luisa Morgantini, had sent a letter for Al-Kurd family after their expulsion from their house in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood in East Jerusalem. The same text of the letter was sent to all MEs of the European Parliament. Morgantini wrote:

Dear all,

you may remember that last Thursday during the plenary session we passed a urgency resolution on the expulsion of the Al Kurd family from the house they bought and lived in since 1956 in East Jerusalem. A group of extremist settlers claimed ownership to that house and 26 other houses in the same neighbourhood, on the basis of an Ottoman title deed dating from 1880, the authenticity of which is doubtful and which is also disputed by United States. The project of the Jewish associations is to build 200 hundreds colonial units that will replace the Palestinian homes.

Mohammed Kamal Al Kurd, the husband of Umm Kamal, did not survive, yes he was already ill, but the expulsion from the house, and the destruction by the Israeli police of the tents where they were staying after being expelled from their home , has been unbearable to him. He died in the Hospital.

Currently, a total of around 28 Palestinian families of East Jerusalem face Israeli expulsion from their homes in Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood. The Palestinian families had lived in their homes in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood since the days when east Jerusalem was under Jordanian control. The United Nations, upon contract with Jordan allotted them the land after they became refugees when they were expelled from their homes in west Jerusalem by Zionists during the 1948 war.

Despite the UN and the Palestinian denials, and despite the fact that the lawyer of the Sheikh Jarrah families found that there is no evidence in the Turkish archives that the Siknaj are the owners of the land and the houses, the Israeli Supreme Court ordered the expulsion of the Palestinian families following an appeal by the Zionists Nahalat Shimon settler group, which claimed that the Siknaj lived in, or bought plots in these areas before the establishment of Israel itself and by the partition resolution of 1948.

Two third of the houses in the West of Jerusalem belong to Palestinian families whose owners are denied the right to retake them. Some of these owners have appealed to the Israeli Supreme Court to regain their property, but always this court has always rejected their appeals, thus in fact creating injustice and supporting crimes.

What the Israeli Supreme Court and the Zionists organization “State of Israel” must remember and never forget is that we, all the Palestinians will NEVER give up and never forget, and that FOR EVER there are tens of thousands, millions of us who have their land and the homes in occupied Palestine, since 1948 and prior to that, and that we have the documents which prove our ownership.

Over 750.000 of us Palestinians were forcibly expelled in 1948 by the Israeli Zionists, turning us into refugees in Arab countries and in the Diaspora, and that also millions of us live in the occupied West Bank, Jerusalem, and Gaza Strip. We all have the right to return and to demand our property back. The Siknaj will be institutionalized or worse, and the whole criminal enterprise called “Israel” will go, and after that ALL jews of the world will be forever held in contempt everywhere, even in countries where today they are highly respected. There are many houses and land belonging to Palestinians, which since 1948 – and until now, have been stolen and occupied by these European and American jews, which today are occupied by Israeli ministers. One of these thieves is the current Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who lives in a house stolen from a Palestinian family in the Al-Talibia Arab district in the west of Jerusalem.

The Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood in East Jerusalem was built by the UN and Jordanian government in 1956 to house Palestinian refugees from the 1948 war. In 1967 Israel captured and illegally annexed Jerusalem during the six day war. We Palestinians want East Jerusalem to be the capital of a future state that includes the West Bank and the Gaza Strip, and so it will be with or without the consent of the Siknaj, who better start packing.

I received a hateful comment from an Israeli calling himself “Eyal”, which goes far beyond the usual hateful rubbish which these people write. I wonder why “Eyal” from the Systems Security of the Israeli Airport Authority (Ben-Gurion Airport) left a comment on my articles “Names and Photos of the Israeli War criminals”.
“Eyal” appears to be an employee at Ben-Gurion Airport, using the office equipment to vent his anger at me.

Here is what Eyal, the Israeli working at Ben-Gurion Airport left as a comment on my blog. The poor man clearly has some problems writing correct English. Under his e-mail my answer to each point. (I left his e-mail without correction).

Amazing how Israelis live out their propaganda lies, and how they want their victims to also believe these lies. How does Eyal “think” that Israel gave us the Palestine???

Israel Returned the PLO

1. Israel did not allow the return of PLO from the exile. The PLO was established as a result of the Israeli theft of Palestine. Israel was established as a state on the ruins of Palestinian towns and villages after the Zionists murdered thousands of Palestinians and expelled over 750.000 more. The Zionists, or those who now call themselves “Israelis” immigrated to Palestine illegally, using falsified passports and working with the British Army. The mass murderer, terrorist and war criminal of the Palmach organization, Alfred Chaim Miller, stated as much in his speech in Vienna during past May 2009. He described how he and his friends immigrated in 1938 to Palestine using falsified passports, and how they occupied and stole Palestinian villages and agricultural hills. This is but one example of how and when European jews started with their theft of Palestine.

The return of the PLO is not an Israeli hand gift either. The Palestinians are not Falasha (Ethiopian) Africans or Russian mafia. According to many UN resolutions, all Palestinians have the rights of return to our homeland. After the Oslo agreement and the return of some Palestinians, Israel arrested many of PLO members who were not willing to collaborate with the Israeli military system after their return.

2. Israel gave Palestinians:

A. Territories

Israel did not give us any territories. Palestine is our land, and in fact the Zionists who now call themselves “Israel” stole Palestine in 1948 and again in 1967, and after Oslo agreement Israel cut the territories into small ghettos, cantons, and some concentration camps, and kept its military and the colonies of the Americans and Europeans and the before unknown Falasha who invent that they are Jews occupying Palestine. The territories agriculture land was stolen for increasing the Jewish colonies in the territories.

Never Israel gave us the Palestinians what they stole from us, and never Israel will give us anything until another disaster or war explodes and thousands of Jews and thousands of Palestinians die.

Israel is not a state of Peace. Israel is a Zionist terrorist and criminal organization which fronts for other Zionist organizations, it is alternatively a criminal state of war criminals and psychopaths which threatens the security of not only the Palestinians and the neighboring countries, but of all the world. Just look how the Israelis are destroying the USA, sucking out all its wealth and using it for their own purposes.

B. Guns

The guns which PA has, the thugs and puppets of Israel and USA, were given them to protect the Israeli security; for the purpose of “internal use” between the Palestinians, such as the de-facto civil war which the PA lost in Gaza; for arresting those Palestinians who resist the diktat of the vampire Keith Dayton. Israel never accepted that the PA use their guns to protect the Palestinian civilians during the criminal Israeli military invasions of civilian homes, town, cities and villages. Never did the PA security forces shoot one bullet against Israel. This is a clear disaster and a conspiracy.

3. Government

What “Eyal” calls a Palestinian government is actually an illegal “authority” which works with the Israeli and the American governments to defend the so-called Israeli security.

The current PA is properly called a “Judenrat”, which is a group or institution acting under color of law and which allies itself with invaders to commit genocide against their own people.

As a Palestinian I would never accept a PA government under the Israeli occupation and without a fully independent State, power, authority, military army, borders, and the return for all the Palestinians who were expelled during the campaigns of terror of 1948, 1967 and later.

3. The Palestinian Flourish

What lies does this “Eyal” character write? What flourish and prosperity does Israel want the Palestinian to live under their continued occupation, military laws, checkpoints, daily murders, invasions, arrests, hunger, and shortage of water? Why do the Israelis keep the sources of the Palestinian water under their control? Why do the Israel kept the economic and the borders under it’s power?

Do you know how many Palestinians, children, women, parliament members,journalists are in the Israeli jails? Do you know how many Palestinians are in jail under administrative arrest? Do you know many women gave birth on the Israeli checkpoints in the territories? Do you know how many sick persons died after Israelis denied them the right to receive medical treatment? Do you know how many Palestinian civilian you have murdered? Do you know how many Palestinians you have injured? Do you know that the PA president needs permission from Israel during his travels? Do you know how many Palestinian dunums the Israelis stole in the territories? How many trees they uprooted? Do you know how many millions Israel stole from the Palestinian tax payers? Do you know how many Palestinian house you destroyed in the territories, and how many Palestinians you have denied his a permission to build or repair a house? Do you know how many disasters you created in Palestine?

Is this the “flourish” which Israel wants us to live? Is this the Palestinian flourish which “Eyal” is talking about? “Eyal” can lie to himself and to others, but not to me. I am a Palestinian and I know who “Eyal” is and what mentality he has, I know what Israel gave us, and why they gave it to us, and I know what they stole from us and kept for themselves….

Jerusalem Offer

Which part of Jerusalem did the government of “Eyal” offer us? Is he drunk, stupid, sick or just enjoying to lie? Abu Dis is not Jerusalem. According to my information, Israel stole the agricultural land of Bethlehem and added them to Jerusalem, and Israel wants to add half of the territories to Jerusalem, among others the illegal Efrat settlement.

Suicide Bombers

Does “Eyal” think that anyone who has had his father or his brother murdered, or both of them jailed, his house destroyed, who is subject to continued harassment, who has been jailed or made to live starvation, thirst and poverty, anyone who has had his hope and feelings killed by Israel, anyone who wants to kill himself, that such a person will ask me or others for permission to explode himself? All the suicide bombers are victims of the Israeli occupation. Israel can’t plant terror, horror, occupation, injustice and achieve peace, security and love. Nobody likes the injustice of the occupation.

The Israelis must stop crying that they are the victims of the Palestinian suicide bombers, because they are not – they are perpetrators of horrific crimes, all of them. The real criminals who create the suicide bombers are Israeli military and their continued occupation. I don’t know how long Israel will continue corrupting it’s society and occupying Palestine. I see that 42 years of the Israeli occupation is more than enough. The Israeli occupation must stop, and then we will be able to talk about peace.

4. Israel Retreated from Gaza

The Rockets of Hunger

Israel retreated by its own decision from GAZA, in order to turn it into an extermination camp. That’s the truth. All what Israel did in Gaza since before their strategic retreat is a clear and premeditated genocide, war crimes, and crimes against humanity. The PA, who signed the border agreement of Gaza, is a partner of the Israelis in their genocide campaign against Gaza and all other Palestinians.

Would “Eyal” explain me why the Israeli engineers of genocide do not allow macaronis and tomato paste to enter Gaza? Below is a fresh threat message which a psychopathic Israeli Golanisoldier sent to me last July 30 2009. For over 20 years I experienced the horror of the Israeli soldiers in my homelandPalestine, never and for ever I will be able to forget the crimes and the daily harassment of Golani soldiers in Hebron. The horror of the Israeli soldiers which I experienced in Palestine turned into nightmares which stole my peaceful dreams. I know the Golanisoldiers, I remember their crimes. I remember especially the soldiers who harassed me sexually, or who murdered the children before my eyes. The images of their crimes are still alive in my memories, and show like a videotape before my eyes. The profanity, the obscene and immoral words “Bitch, whore, fuck you, Dana International, witch …” made me deaf. The uniforms and the faces of the soldiers painted in brown, black and green made me disgust of everyone wearing military uniforms.

There is no need that the illegal Zionist organization, the so-called the “State of Israel” and it’s criminal soldiers send me more obscene and threatening messages. The reputation of Israel and Israelis is already so filthy that in many parts of the world they are not given rooms in hotels.

The crazy criminal who calls himself “Peter Voloshin” used the word “Dirballak”, which means “be careful, be aware, take notice …”, a word which is understood as a threat in Arabic. This means that he served in the occupied territories. And he says that he is in Germany, what perhaps means that he is now working as a Mossad agent in Europe, or who knows, perhaps he is just smuggling drugs from his “Israel”.

I write to tell the crazy Golani “Peter Voloshin” that I am waiting for him.Remember to bring the 8 other crazy Golanis, 4 before and 4 behind, who protected you during your daily crimes in my homeland Palestine. But here in Europe, your criminal friends will not be able to protect you . And before you come here, Peter you crazy coward, let me say “Dirballak” to you and your friends, as there are some gentlemen here who would like to have a conversation with you. Know that your return is not guaranteed, and that perhaps you will never be able to enter the occupied Palestine or return to Israel. Anyway, let us meet, you criminal coward.
